Anyone know their price for a basic bead blast to tour satin? Have a copper PVD Anser 5 I want satin.

Does anyone know if these guys are still around? Lots of stuff taken off their website, I called and it just rang through and there have been no answers to online requests.

 

Any other company I would write them off with responses like this but I've had a couple putters redone by them before and been really happy. Looking to get an old SIM driver refinished, really just focused on getting the crown/topline paint redone.

They're definitely still around and probably just crazy busy this time of year now that the golf season is kicking into full gear.

I called them on March 11th, (800) 544-7128 they said still in business (busy). I mentioned the website and they acknowledged it is s**t. I ended up selling the driver I wanted them to work on. They do great work, hope they are still around.

I don’t wanna play the lottery just to get a golf club repainted. Tried them a bunch, Maybe someone else knows the trick, but they were a waste of time for me

They are around just have a lot of work. They just completed a refinishing on my VSteel 3 wood. Took them about 7 weeks. Quality work.

I decided to look elsewhere. They've done good work for me before but I'm just not going to beg someone to return a call. If they are too busy to have a halfway competent website, then they are too busy for my job.

The off-season is the key to getting things done in a timely manner. Several metal wood refinishes have been fantastic. I'll keep using them, but plan for Oct/Nov to send things in.

Look, they've done stunning work for me on two different putters. But as a customer I dont want to have to conform to the one or two months of the year I can use any business - or just keep calling because no one answers the phone?

 

Too many other businesses out there.

As in get them to return calls and e-mails. Didn’t realize I’m supposed to just send it in, and if they are honoring old prices

Couldnt agree more. They list the Facebook and IG pages for more info - their Facebook page doesnt exist anymore and their IG hasnt been updated in 471 weeks. Their repair form still asks you to write your CC information down?

I have called their local number and got an immediate answer every time. I have tried the 800 and it always goes to voicemail. Almost like the local number is the only one that actually rings through to the shop.

they are in golf repair  not web site design

 

box it up send it to them and wait there call  for payment

 

or  buy a new club!
