Continental Golf - Refinishing and More!

I just received my 2 heads from Continental Golf.  Although they look a lot better than they did before I sent them in, I’m not blown away like I usually am when seeing most of their finished products.  My Titleist 917 F2 16.5 head looks great and is exactly what I asked for (SLDR Grey and delete alignment aid).  
 

My Nike Vapor Flex 3 Hybrid head is a little underwhelming.  I asked for a mix between the SLDR Grey and Gloss Black.  I’m pretty sure it’s just straight SLDR Grey, as it’s the same exact color as the 917 4 wood and a TM V-Steel head that I sent to them a few months ago.  It still looks good, but not what I asked for.
 

I am slightly frustrated that they sent this Nike head back to me with the way the swoosh looks.  It’s like they didn’t even attempt to touch it up, yet, they touched up the bottom cavity in the same color.   For $60, I would expect it to be perfect.  Especially something that bright and on the top of the crown.

 

Anyone know what color they use for this Lime Green/Volt’ish color Nike Swoosh?

Happy you got your stuff back sorry to hear you weren’t happy. Did  you try reaching out to them by phone I mean they’re closed now but they’ll be open 8 to 4 tomorrow. They do look good. Not sure what color Nike uses

Yes, they do look good.  Definitely better than when I sent them in.  
 

I tried called a few times, but didn’t get an answer.  
 

Justin from Continental Golf just messaged me and offered to refinish it in the correct color and fix the swoosh for me.

I am interested in having my Stability Putter Shafts painted. 

 

I would like to paint the Steel portion and the grey/silver adapter piece that connects the two. I would like to paint both of those pieces flat, matte, black. The Graphite section I do not want painted. 

 

Could you perform? Picture to assist below.

Another solid club build/re-finish from Continental golf!

I sent them an extremely scuffed up V-Steel head that I bought from eBay, and a Purple Ice shaft I had and they made one of the best, if not THE BEST 3 wood bomber combo ever.

Re-finished in TaylorMade SLDR Grey.

This club brings me back to my high school days. It seemed like everyone had either a V-Steel Fairway or a Purple Ice shaft in their bag. I had this exact club back in 2003. Can’t wait to hit it again.

Not off the top of my head as I don’t have it anymore but I do know for a fact it got heavier even with them removing all the nicks and dings.

For a refinish, the soles look terrible especially the Titleist. Not their usual quality job.

They have said many times they can't do the soles of Titleist woods with a black finish.

Have had them do several refinish jobs, do great work!  Need to send the my ping 425 hybrids and fairway, played them for a couple months, and already show tons of wear,Pings finish doesn’t seem very durable!

What was the turnaround time? I sent them a head about 5ish weeks ago so just curious how long it took to get yours back. I'm in no rush, just didn't know what to expect!
