Thats what I'm thinking....I'll take it! I was a bit worried about ballooning in the wind. So yesterday I went out in 25mph or so winds. Definitely ballooned up, but again the Vapor Pros are so easy to control, I just kept it low. Seriously cant say enough about them

 

What shafts are you gaming? I have Vapor Pro Combos but I'm looking into a set of Pros. I currently game C-tapers 130X but am thinking of AMT X's. Maybe XP 115's in X100.

PX 6.5s. Coming from X100s in my Titleists, these feel so much better. Again, no clue on numbers though

I'm torn in which shaft to use going forward. I have Ctaper 130x. And I've enjoyed them though they can be a bit too much in the long irons at times. I swing with a fast tempo and prefer to play at plus 1/2" and 2 degrees upright.

 

AMT's and XP115 in X flex have caught my eye the most for the lighter weights and ease in getting long irons airborne quickly, just never tried them.

Picked up a Vapor Fly pro driver from the BST here last week.

 

Cant believe the distance and control I am consistently getting from it. Friend has a Vapor fly driver that I have hit a few time on my sim and on the course. Generally on a good hit I would get 260-270 carry with and never had much interest in it. Decided I wanted a 2nd driver for when I travel and found the vapor fly pro. On good hit with this I can get 285-295 carry and it feels fantastic. I can get longer total drives with my Callaway subzero but no where near the consistent distance I get with the nike.

 

I was originally indifferent about Nike leaving the equipment businesses especially after owning a covert 2.0 driver. After hitting the vapor fly you can definitely tell they were on the right track with their drivers.

My exact same carry numbers between the 2 models. The VFP is insanely better for me than the VF.

I think I am getting some ridiculous spin with my Vapor Pros. I've never been fortunate enough to jump a trackman so no idea what my numbers are, but the shots I had today were just shocking. 212 yards into a par 5, pulled 4 iron and stuck on the green. Literally....measured 5 ft from its pitch mark. Next hole, 192 yard uphill par 3. 5 iron nearly stuck in its pitchmark. I've never had any irons do this in the past. Think I'm spinning way too much?

Aside from all that, I just cannot say enough about the Vapor Pros. I've had Titleist MBs and Mizunos and can honestly say they didnt even come close to the Vapors in terms of feel, flight, workability, turf interaction, everything. Just blown away.

Those are pretty deep pitch marks, probably stopped quick due to soft conditions as much or more so than due to spin. I wouldn't sweat it.
