The loft number on the CG is also straight compared to your picture where it's slanted on the sole. The CG pic is definitely a fake.

I guess Golf WRX shouldn't have a problem with that picture since it's not the real club.

Unfortunately the sm6 will not look anything like the pics above. Don't expect anything new as far as head design goes and for those that wanna go the less expensive route and strip a finish to have a raw wedge.... might wanna start saving for wedge works don't think a raw finish will be offered this time around.

Man I hope you're wrong. I've been playing Vokey's for over 10 years now, but may need to start actually trying out other options that offer raw.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Anyone entertain the idea that maybe the pictures we are seeing are proto heads or even just some Vokey Custom shop additions? since even before the SM4s the TVD and Vokey Design wedges have had variations that you wouldn't find for sale anywhere but the custom Shop

I wouldn't be so fast to call either a fake. Part of the prototype phase is expirementing with aesthetics in markings.

That was my thought as well. The effort it would take to already have a "custom" fake SM6 head would be pretty wild. And how many fakes are actually solid variations on the shape the head is cast? Usually fakes are almost identical in shape and design. The markings, colors and stamps are all that is usually off and very miniscule.

there are japanese tour players already using them. No secret. Titleist staffers stateside are testing them as we speak along with the 716s and hybrids. its a soft release in october. If you liked how the 400 series looked youll like these. There isnt a raw finish finalized yet. tour chrome and gunmetal only for now.

So if my setup goes 50/54/58, I'd have the 54 look different than the other two sitting in the bag.
