Would a set of Ram Custom 100 Pro Model irons be worth anything? I found a set but passed on them ...for now.

Nice shape- those look like store line to me, some family resemblance to Golden Ram/Tour Grind though.

They remind me of Golden Rams. If they're cheap enough I'd give them a try.

I have the models you guys mentioned and sold them for okay dough on eBay...and these do look similar to Tour Grinds. I just was wondering if they were more valuable.

I'm doubting that. I'm with Dave in thinking that they're store line. Even if forged, which is very questionable, I wouldn't be looking at these as an investment. Now I'd surely give them a try on the course if they were cheap enough.

Remember...the correct way is to buy a bunch of clubs and then sell the cast offs so you make more than you pay so the significant other doesn't get pissed. :) Werks fer mee!

Through this whole mess of stuff I got IST 6,7,8,9,PW last night (right side of pic):

 

 

 

 

 

There were a 4 and 5 Ping Zing irons as well that I found quite ugly that I suspect were part of this person's set they donated. I did not get those. All of them have Dual Cord New Decade grips.

I sold them to my father. They were in really good shape. I just couldn't leave them there. Someone needed to game them. I took them to the driving range this morning and they played OK but weren't great.

Went for a walk at lunchtime as the weather was so good and popped into one of the local pawn stores where I have got some bargains before that I have used as trade bait. Well today was better than expected; among the junk i found and purchased:

 

3-9 iron Wilson Staff FG49 - old but I will do these up and put in my classic bag or sell to a collector - not retail in the US I believe but from about 1989 when Wilson were trying to keep Faldo

5-PW Macgregor M565 V-Foil with Graphite Design YS Technology Graphite shafts - these are in excellent condition

Cleveland Black 265 10.5 degree driver with Mayazaki C-Kua 39S shaft - excellent condition

 

The driver will at least see the course and the Macgregors will also be played but probably not kept.

 

Total cost of the above - £14. What's not to like!

Agree. Who would want clubs that weren't cast stainless steel.?If I were you, I'd send them to the Goodwill store in Oconomowoc, WI and take the charitable deduction on your taxes. Let me know when you send them.

Got a set of Spaulding 2-9 Robert Trent Jones Jr Signatures from the early 60`s (I think). Shafts and grips are nice, but man do the heads have chatter marks. I will post pics, when I can.
