You wont have any issue. The leather on them is very nice and it hasn't affected mine at all.

If the putter you're speaking of has a red feather on it, than no, it is not from Lamb Jam.

 

For a reason unknown to me, the Japanese prefer to have plastic wrap covering new putters. Red Feather Lamb Crafted putters were made specifically for a Golf Store called Nikki Golf in Japan. No, they do not sell any golf stuff outside of Japan so don't email them asking for a putter. Yes, some of those putters have made it state side however through other means. Tyson has made them putters two years in a row, Allendales and Bridgeports only.

I went by his site for a solid few months trying to decide if I wanted to put in an order for a putter (back when he was accepting orders). I guess I should have done that...

No insider info. Just that a lot of past releases seem to have happened on a Tuesday. And its supposed to be in May... could be way off.

I read it as the tools would be next week. Putters before. Who knows though.

I also read it as tools would be next week but putters would be out first. And the prices will be higher than $1200 on the putters because they've added much more customization than in the past.

Given Piretti's custom putters are $2,250- $2,500. I'd have to imagine that he's going to be around this.

There will always be flippers, but I'd have to think that price point would cool a lot of them off. At $1200-$1500, it's a different story.
