The CS seems to have gotten better since the merger. I missed the iPhone code this morning since I placed an order before I even got out of bed, but I did use LCMINT so not going to bother them over $3 even though I imagine they would take care of it. Happy to have all this trade in credit to use with them.

To follow up. I just got off chat with GlobalGolf and was told that if you use PayPal you'll have to call in or chat to get the credit applied, but if you use a regular credit card during checkout it should work automatically.

While there's a risk of an item selling out, I've always done a trade in transaction, waited for the e-gift card and then placed my order for new clubs. This way I've never had to make calls or wait for credits to be reimbursed. Just another way of doing it in cases where you feel reluctant because reimbursements or credits can take some time to reflect on credit cards and paypal.

This is correct, it's what I did. They sent me an email with the credit. I sent them an email stating I paid with PayPal funds and wanted it sent there instead - had it done in 48 hours with no issues!
