I checked mine too and it's the same in regards to the clubs I traded. My Optiforce driver was a 9 and is listed as value. They're breaking even for what I got for it.

Do they restrict what you can use the trade in credit on, like it can't be used on ping or titleist ? Had this happen at pgatss where they wouldn't take bonus trade in credit towards ping stuff .

Are we sure about that? I talked to one of their customer service guys today and he indicated I couldn't use the 40% bonus trade for PING. But if it's store credit and I buy later, how the heck would they know?????

There are no restrictions on what your store credit can be used on, it's no different than a gift card. I've used them many times on Titleist, which is one of the companies always restricting coupons and discount codes.

If you are trying to custom order something and not via the website, I wouldn't hold your breath that they will accept the gift cards on that order.

You have to buy the clubs outright, with a credit card, and then they will reapply the Gift Card back to the credit card. That's how it works.

This is only before your trade in has been completed. If you have already completed a trade in and have gift certificates, then you pay with those.

Used my pending credit at trade-in to order a Ogio silencer, after a week they emailed saying they and their supplier were out of stock. Holding the credit until the 2017's are available.

 

Sent in some more stuff and used the credit at trade-in to order a Cameron Newport. After a week of no info I called today to find that they ship direct from acushnet and that putter wasn't in their system and had to be added. Ordered on 9/2 and now won't ship until next Tuesday.

 

2 of my trade in shipments were received by them on 9/1 and haven't gotten credit on my orders yet.

That's pretty standard for them. I'm sure they're pretty busy taking in all the WRXers used up junk. LOL......They received my trade in on 8/29 and I didn't get my e-gift card until 9/7.

Buddy of mine bought a set of VG 714 AP2 and they looked like they had almost never been hit, did show some marks from banging around on each other but overall was very minimal. They appeared to be a previous demo set if that matters.
