I could have sworn that the 30% off worked on other brands, but now it says "Excludes Gift Cards, Grips, Clearance, and Other Brands". I thought it only had three exclusions yesterday.

 

I should have grabbed what I wanted when I saw it there. Maybe I'm crazy and just didn't realize they excluded other brands already.

I would give them a call. Clearance and other brands were always excluded, but grips were a part of the 30% off deal since they first sent the cards in the mail. If nothing else call in using the mailer code and get 30% off your grips.

Can someone explain to me how the trade ins work? Once they credit me, does it come in a credit to however I paid for my order? Or, do they credit my Callaway account? I guess I just want to be sure that it will apply to the order I am wanting to place now and not future purchases.

If you do the trade in with purchase they will credit your form of purchase once they receive and process it

The way I did it is add what you want to purchase to your cart. Then go to the trade-in part of their site and add the trade clubs to your cart. I also added a $4.99 shipping label to mail the clubs to them. Once you checkout, you will pay for the club(s) you are buying. Then mail in the traded clubs to them. Once they receive the trade clubs, they will credit the original credit card you paid with.
