Just got my order in and unfortunately I may have gotten an epic sub zero with a hairline crack where the crown fuses with the face right next to the optifit insertion. I guess I will be making a phone call in the morning. It was considered 'good' condition and I agree with if it isn't/wasn't cracked but I can see and feel a small ridge. They only have one in stock and it is 'like new' condition so I'm guessing they would allow me to swap for the difference in price or just return for a refund. I just hope the don't sell the only one left in stock before I contact them tomorrow...

They will take care of you. Probably just send out a new head, club and switch shafts if necessary or upgrade the whole club to a better condition. I cracked an 815 and they sent a new one that day.

Has anyone noticed a delay in order processing from CPO? Not typical you go over 24 hours with the order still in the processing phase. I'll have to give them a call maybe as my trade in shipping label hasn't been emailed to me either.

Yes mine has been processing for two full days now. Hope it actually ships since it was a one off shaft in a club and not the typical stock ones they have a ton of. To their defense though, it says 3-5 days processing during the cyber sale on the site.

I could have sworn that the 30% off worked on other brands, but now it says "Excludes Gift Cards, Grips, Clearance, and Other Brands". I thought it only had three exclusions yesterday.

 

I should have grabbed what I wanted when I saw it there. Maybe I'm crazy and just didn't realize they excluded other brands already.

 

The 30% now works for other brands again. Don't know when they changed it but just ordered a SF Tec Driver.

How long does it normally take for things to be shipped via them? Just asking because I placed an order on their website on the 26th and it is still showing as "processing". However, I placed an order on eBay with them on the 28th and it has already shipped.

Given the massive sale they have been running I think we all probably need to be patient and go by their 3-5 day processing timeline while this sale is still active, they must have moved a TON of inventory the last few weeks.

Yes the amount of orders I believe is slowing down order processing. Also if you have any customization done, that will probably added a little longer time also. The order number differences between my orders are in the thousands.

My invoice that was included with my order had Print invoices across the top and it was page 20 of 145. That is a lot of orders that they printed!

thats still part of the order processing, they don’t send it to you instantly...my guess is those are prob slightly delayed now as well

Funny... I made the same purchase last night after holding out on all the BF/CM deals. I was exploring the "other brands" section when I came across a rare G SF tec 10deg with the tour shaft is xstiff.

I bought a wedge and it was listed as standard length and lie. Its 3/4" longer than standard. I have read good things about them on here. Kind of bummed out the way it arrived today. I have asked for a return label and refund etc... how are these guys with returns?

They are great with returns, or just ask them for a refund equal to the cost of a new grip; Cut it down and throw a new grip on there.

They sent me a "like new" hybrid that is basically a write off, so I called today to see what I could do. They didn't even ask for pictures and went to work looking for a replacement. They're obviously picked over, and they told me I could take up to 6 months to find a fairway or hybrid I want.

 

Hands down the best customer service and customer service team I have ever dealt with.
