Morning Drive...What Happened?

Not a penalty for moving a loose impediment, but I've always wondered if there was a tractor nearby, could I use it instead of 20 patrons?

Perhaps the governing bodies should have changed the Rule, but in the Definitions it does indicate that a natural object is not loose if it cannot be picked out easily.

Now aren't the new rules easy to understand!

15.1a/1 Interpretations - yep it's OK.

It's been the same crappy show ever since Comcast / NBC tried to turn it into the Today show. Can't believe I'm saying this but it was better when Erik Kuselias was banging Holly on the side and it was just him and Gary.

I will say though, the video of watching Damon Hack try to chip playing "Golf Pong" at the PGA Show was the funniest thing I've seen in years. I am dumbfounded how someone can play as much golf as he does and suck so badly.

http://www.golfchann...beer-pong-golf/

That was painfully hilarious....

"This wedge is terrible!"....no Damon, you are teeeible. And yeah, he is very punchable on Morning Drive. They pretty much all are.

Except for the only tolerable one on the network.

Exactly! I watch the Golf Channel for two reasons: Lauren Thompson and Blair O'Neal.

The simplest solution would be if you can't move by yourself then it is not a loose impediment. What Koepka and Tiger both did should have never been allowed. Common sense would tell you that.

You know who I miss?

I miss Dr. Ara Suppiah! Seriously! I always enjoyed his heatlh/wellness tips and information...plus he had a very funny personality! IMHO opinion and all that!

He was just on recently.

Oh really? I've watched just about all of every show this new year...I can't believe I missed him!

Thanks for letting me know...I'm glad to hear he's not gone!

Watching the show this morning and wow! really good. Dameon's interview with Rory was very good, no yelling, asked good questions, and let Rory respond. The panel seems improved as well, good discussions. Hated yesterdays show, especially the white ball thing, but today is quite different.

I think Damon is a good interviewer.

I have been enjoying listening to Kyle Porter this week. It's nice when they 'resident' host come in for a few days to give a different voice and perspective on the game. It brings a nice change of pace to the show.

I enjoyed Kyle Porter on the show, and for me, the show is improving. Good show this morning, not allot of yelling over or at each other, some very sound comments and criticism. I still go to Robert Damron for sound reasoning and continue to dislike girls in heels, who don't play the game at a professional level, making comments about golf, OK for the what's on the tee segment, or business report, but stay out of any golf discussions.

Bottom line, I'm watching in the AM and believe the presentation is getting better.

I might be in the minority, but I actually put it on every morning for background noise while i get ready for work. Nothing they do or discuss really bothers me. I like Thursday and Friday broadcasts when they're out on the range. Makes me feel better about going into the office, seeing a couple swings in the sunshine before.

I'll take this show over ANYTHING on ESPN in the morning! Too much of the same back and forth banter from Stephen A. and whoever else is sitting across the table from him!

Gotta agree. I can't watch the same 'hot takes' show after show. But, I do enjoy LeBatard, because he rarely talks purely on sports.

I'll stick with Golic & Wingo.

Curious to see how long that show last , I think golic is the same rehashed garbage .

Golic and Wingo is terrible. Mike Greenburg was the key to keeping Golic on topic and relevant.

Sometimes I’ll listen to “Get Up” with Beadle Greenburg and Rose on Sirius heading to work...Very refreshing!

Oh yeah... people still watch golf channel? Brutal

Why is a fourth rerun of the AT&T on instead of Morning Drive?

I like the show, good to listen to while I[m prepping for the day :)

All the folks screaming for more Romo on here!

Woke up a 5, knew the endless running of AT&T would be on, hoping for MD - have spent the last 2 1/2 hours watching old Coumbo reruns on Hallmark.

You watching The Omen?

You're right, times like this with the show is very short lived. I've tried to watch, and want the show to be one that I look forward to each morning, but the reality is, I tune in, and normally quickly tune out. I've tried to find the positives, have made comments about them and there are a few, but not many.
