I’m actually surprised people haven’t started to personally customize them. The blocking would make it pretty easy. Not sure about the textured leather option, but the other would receive paint well.

I’m debating doing an elephant print at the top of the black pair. Gotta watch more tutorials. Any you would recommend?

Angelus paint (https://angelusdirect.com) is by far the most common paint I’ve seen used. Plenty of tutorials on the site that go over the different materials/paint types. Other than that, steady hand and give yourself some time after your morning coffee.

All the PE’s do is make us more frustrated that we’re stuck with boring, generic styling when we know they’re capable of making them so much more attractive.

It’s astonishing how out-of-touch Nike has become in regards to their golf division.

At the same time, Nike basketball has TONS of PEs that never release to the public for their signature stars throughout the year and b-ball shoes can be worn on and off the court. Yes, us here want more, but why would they produce more PEs if there is not a great general market? Buy the whites and customize :)

This is a looooong thread. Has anyone actually bought and worn the Air Zoom Victory Tour shoes? I'm really interested to hear about fit and comfort. I want to order a pair through my Nike rep, but my shop does not stock this shoe. I have tried on the Air Zoom Victory, though...wondering if fit is similar.

Tons of NBA PEs and yet there are TONS of cool colorways at shelf.

It’s not like Lebron is wearing all these PEs and they never release. You can get them on SNKRS and they didn’t just release an all white pair and all black pair this year. They had multiple color options at your everyday retailer.

I’m also not in the mood to customize. I’m entertaining the idea but the time it takes to do that? Is that really what you want to say to the everyday consumer? Here’s a sharpie and buy a white pair?

And because they aren’t releasing PE or rare colourways to the golf die hards that must mean Nike Golf is closing it’s doors. Nike golf is doomed!

Makes perfect sense.

There's a lot more to be concerned about than just the PE thing. This year, it seems like a lot of the "new" clothing options are retreads, almost like they found a warehouse full of stuff from 8 years ago and wanted to reuse it - the TW mock turtleneck, the little plastic/metal tabs on the sleeves of the TW shirts, even the new "Member exclusive" Air Max polo is almost identical to a couple I have in my closet from the mid-2000's.

I don't think Nike Golf is closing down but it's going downhill fast. It will be around, I just don't know how "good" it's going to be. But, also, I understand some people like this stuff.

They’re great. I have played 4 rounds in my all black pair. Broke in perfectly after just a couple of holes walking in them.

As for the fit, I’m not the best. True to size in every shoe (not just golf), these are no exception. Will play in them today as well.

Quick rinse after the round and looks good to go for the next. Tempted to get the brown croc/white!

I appreciate the feedback! Love that they're comfy...that's what I'm looking for. I'm going to order them (but in all-white orthopedic that everyone seems to hate). I'm sure I can switch for a different size if they fit a little differently.

Yeah. The all-white is a no go for me. The last golf shoe I had in all-white was the tour premiere but that didn’t look like nurse shoes. Lol. At least the brown croc/white is not all-white.

I went with the the all-black as I wanted an all-black shoe. I was tired of playing in the TW 71. React is better than lunarlon.

Current rotation.

Pay no mind to the Roshe Tour, I don’t wear it as much since every time I play in them. The whiteout comes off and I have to apply after the round. Too lazy to do that.

Shortly after the release, all of the titles/descriptions changed to "Clapping Hands" - probably got some PC push-back from somewhere. So I do believe that it was originally meant to tie in to Amen Corner at the Masters. Malbon used the logo in their Nike collab and may have sparked enough interest that Nike decided to bring it back.

Only played in my Roshe's twice since I painted but the white paint seems fine.

I used Angelus paint with a finisher after. About 5 coats. I scrub my shoes after every round but avoid the paint

Can anyone compare the fit between the LCV2s and the AM1Gs and Victory Tours? There's no place around me that I can try either of the new ones on and I'm interested in potentially picking up a new white pair. I'm currently in an 11W in the LCV2s.

Also, is the AM1G the boot style like the one from a couple years ago? I couldn't get my foot in it, so if that's the case again, I'm going to have to go to the Victory Tours, but I really like the styling and spikeless nature of the AMG1s. Thanks y'all.
