Nope, I find them to be much easier on the greens than the Lunars. Those things are like driving a tank on the green

Would be interested in this as well. Love the looks, cleat looks aggressive. I'll most likely wait for the TW19 anyways, but if these come up for the right price I'll have to snag them.

 

They're CHAMPS spikes that are on basically every spiked golf shoe ever. Don't do any twirls with your feet dug into the ground and i think you'll be fine.

 

And I can't believe we found someone who actually wants the rumored TW19!

 

I don't want to speak for the above poster, but I believe we are both referencing the bottom of the shoe in addition to the cleats. Also, as ugly as the TW19 appears to be in earlier pictures, I have read they are much better in person. I will wait to make my decision until I see them in real life.

If you weight 250+, and the greens are even a touch on the soft side, it matters.

True, i am around 250, and the Lunars absolutely destroyed greens, worse than the Reacts, Gfores, and Adipures

Yea I’m not sure why people keep saying this. I wear the lunar vapors and have zero problems on bent greens. I’m also 6’4” 240.

The tour didn’t keep Stadler father/son who at over 250, or better yet Daley at over 300 in the 90’s from playing golf because their size would tear up greens on tour.. that’s a load of crock. Simply put.

personally, I've never seen a mark by spike or the ait that damaged the green as bad as a ball mark...then again, I don't see "damage" from any shoe. I play on some pretty soft greens, being in the pacific nw and playing really mediocre muni's and yet to see any shoe mark that affected my putt.
