If you're good enough to have another pro let you play his prototypes, I would expect your 3-iron skills would be plenty sufficient. :)

Not the thinking, but assuming most gaming these are likely coming from iBlades if already “Ping” players.

No inside info, but assume 2020 in terms of release date.

Strong odds on the lofts being the same as iBlade.

It's not just the face. There is no hosel notch, so there's almost unanimous thought that it's whole-head. Just likely to be 8620 carbon, which may disappoint some (same as stealth), but that's conjecture.

Hit the Blueprint at the PGA Superstore today, they had W, 7 and 4 with DG 120 S300. Very thin sole, no offset, and very short blade length. These are demanding irons, felt like a Titleist forging moreso than Mizuno forging in terms of softness albeit off the indoor mat.

Man...I'm jacked to hit this iron. I'm ready to order 8-PW, but want to hit the 7 and 4, too...might go down 7, and outside chance of going 6 iron.

Exactly my concern as well. I hope they are no smaller than the i500's.
