I tried on the black 270s today at PGASS. I dont have a wide foot and they were hard to get on - felt like trying on a ski boot. When on, it was much tighter in the mid foot to the back of my foot than the forefoot (forefoot area is fine). Given the material the shoe is made with, I dont know if it will stretch out enough and, for me, it would need to stretch out a lot. I tried them out for a while and my feet were very relieved to get back into my running shoes. I'm disappointed because I really wanted these to work out.

Hot punch 270 is back on Nike app -- randomly checked and was able to add my size and checkout. Got confirmation and they charged my card so hopefully it's real.

270 fit me perfect. I already got one pair and ordered two others. Tempted to get the hot punch. Damn. Enough I say!

Did you size up a bit? I wear a 12 but may go 12.5 just in case... I don't wear a lot of Nike, but I hear they normally run a tad small.

Not sure on 270, but I’ve never put a pair of Nike golf on that haven’t fit tight. Wish I could half size up but 13.5 isn’t a thing.

Here's my experience having ordered five pairs (four different models) this past week. For reference, I have 19 pairs of Nike shoes in my closet, all in size 14, never ordered a pair of wides in my life. I have only had to send back one pair over the past few years for being too small.

Janoski - Way too narrow, didn't even try the second shoe on. Sending back.

AM1G - Still too narrow but not as bad as the Janoski. Sending back.

270G - A bit tight to get on but they fit perfectly once my foot is in. Some others mentioned that these are way too narrow but I did not find that the case. Maybe it's just bad quality control, who knows, but it fits perfectly for me. It does have a higher tongue than some may like but I didn't find it too tight. Keeping these.

Infinity Tour (2 colors) - The most comfortable pair of golf shoes that I have ever tried. Unfortunately they are not wide enough. I know a lot of people mentioned they are narrow but I gave it a shot since my size became available last weekend. Sending back, but will buy the instant I see a 14 wide become available again.

I’ve got ZITs in 14 w coming on Monday in black to compare to my 14 regulars I got yesterday. I’ll make sure to report the difference. For reference I have pretty wide feet. In NB most times I’m up to a 3E (mainly my left foot?). But so far after a range session and wearing the ZITs all day and leaving a shoe tree in them the regulars are comfortable.

There’s a story there. When I was younger (maybe 10/15 years ago) dicks.com wasn’t dicks sporting goods. I didn’t know that, and demonstrated how much I didn’t know it while trying to show my boss (on my work computer on our internal network) a baseball glove I had bought.

To be fair, its not even "dicks.com" anyways... Its "dickssportinggoods.com." So If we wanted the FULL acronym its DSGDC. But most people refer to Dicks as DSG anyways.

Anyone wear the Janoski? For the life of me I can't see how there is any traction but Finau seems to have zero problem with them. (No the tour with spikes).

 

I like their style and price, but fear their traction.

Checked out the 270 G yesterday at PGA Superstore. They had all the colors. They didn’t have my size 13, so I tried a 12 for kicks; the length wasn’t too bad, but they sure do seem to be narrow (I could feel the insole edge under my arch).

One thing I’d note - they’re much nicer in person than in photos. One of the cool aspects of the 270 regular shoes is that texture and weave pattern on the upper. It looks very plain on the golf version in photos. But in person, they texture weave upper is there - then there’s a semi-transparent, almost rubber-ish covering over it for waterproofness and keeping clean. You can see it subtly in person and it’s pretty cool (except the black ones).

(I love online shopping as much as the next guy...but some things are just better purchased in person - as you can see from all the questions in this thread about sizing, fit, colors)
