Fairway Golf USA?

Anyone ever dealt with Fairway Golf? I do know the usual places for online ordering - TGW. Golf Galaxy, Discount Dan's etc. Never heard of Fairway Golf - but them seem to have a huge variety. (In fact, their website currently says they still have Mizzy MP-20s).

 

The reviews are kind of mixed. Then again, I believe online reviews about as much as I believe the marketing from companies themselves (you never know if reviews are plants by either the company or a competitor). I do, however, mostly trust the WRX community - people here are generally blunt and truthful.

 

Anyone here buy from them?

I have not bought from them personally but I wouldn't hesitate either.  They've got at least one brick and mortar store in SoCal that I never went to but they seem to carry a lot of JDM stuff and other hard to get things as well as the usual.  Never heard anything bad about them but not really trying either.

Bought a couple of shafts from them.  Had no issues.  Shafts were as ordered and arrived in good time (even with the border crossing).

Legit. Bought some stuff from them like 9 years ago online but everything was good

Just bought and received a TaylorMade out of stock Masters 2021 driver headcover. Still retail price instead of the 2x pricing on ebay. they still have some tough to find TM, Ping, and Scotty headcovers.

Same, just bought a Masters PING cover that's sold out everywhere else.  Arrived in 3 days from CA to VA, no issues

Anyone know of any current issues with fairway golf USA ?

Ordered 19/01 never had shipping confirmation so sent a couple of emails for an update, no response for 2 weeks. Think I’ve been fair so time for a PayPal dispute to get my money back otherwise.

Call them up and push 2 for the Kearny Mesa store and let them know.

 

They're a local brick and mortar with two locations down here is San Diego. They're tiny and it probably slipped through the cracks, they have lots of turnover with staff. It's like dealing with Carl's Golf Land, but a smaller operation.

Used to work there. They are very dependable and if you ever get in a tight spot you can always call and ask for Hide. He is the guy who runs the shop in downtown San Diego CA right on the Pacific Coast Hwy. i still use them and i am located in MA.
