Nike Footwear 2022 (Unofficial Thread) (***NO BUY SELL TRADE POSTS***)

For those that asked. They are definitely nice in person. Much better than the stock NDC images. Brown on the back is almost a Vegas Gold tone. Comparison to the treeline colorway, these are much closer to the Neptune Green color from last year. I am really digging them! The Nike swoosh making the tartan lines is a nice touch. Also picked up a pair of of the mint Infinity Pro 2’s that were part of the summer sale and those are really good too. Reports of them running small are true, but if you get the right size they are the closest thing to true running shoe feel that Nike has made yet! Normally we’re a 13 in golf shoes/14 in casual and running shoes and went with the 14 and the fit perfect for me.

Just got my ZIT NEXT% NRG.  My wife likes them, but I am on the fence. The cream speckled midsole probably will do much better with stains than the white like on my other ZITs. I also ordered the Harris Tweed FJ Packards, which are coming soon. I don't need this many shoes, but I kinda have a problem. lol 

 

I am just seeing the AM90 NRG (Back Home) on my Nike page, but the prices and sizing are all in Euros/Metric, and I am unable to change that in the settings? What gives? Am I am able to just place an order? Shipping still shows free. Really wanted the Victory Tour 2 NRG (Back Home), but I have't seen them anywhere.

They were just released on the Nike's canadian website. Full stock at this point!

Those in hand pics look alot better than the site. I am still just underwhelmed by all the NRG releases this year. Just all a big Meh. Not one was a must have for me. Nike really needs to step it up next year. I thought that Nike couldn't do any worse than 2021, but oh baby, 2022 was just a big let down. I just dont get how we got some of the best golf shoes ever made from 2015-2019 and now we get this mediocre range.

I returned my ZIT NEXT% Back Homes.  Keeping the FJ Harris Tweed Packards, though. If Nike dropped the Rors Zoom Victory Tour NRG (Back Home), I'd get 'em.

I didn’t.  They are not THAT much wider than the normal ones.  Buy your regular size and see if you like them…if you don’t, return them.

What do you wear with these shoes? The colors are all over the place.

Mint blue Next% in person. More of a Tiffany blue than a North Carolina blue. 
 

Walked 9 holes in them and they’re great. Felt as good if not better than the ZIT. 
 

 But…they’re weird. 1) it seems the right toe has a crease from the factory. 2) I don’t get the sole structure at all, with the side cutouts. You can see how they collapse when I put weight on them. 3) there’s also this weird outward pucker.

Honestly there are several shirts I own, both Nike and others, that will go with these; they aren't as hard to pair as other shoes I own. Khaki or a light bone color shorts/pants will probably look best, but you could also wear them with white or black shorts, and then pair any of those with a white/black/neptune green (from last year)/pink shirt. I like to go by the rule if I am wearing loud shoes, keep the rest of the outfit simple and a bit understated, but honestly most things will go with these. Rory wore navy and light bone with the Victory Tour 2's for the open, so you could go that route too. I just have a weird thing where I don't like to wear shoes with black on them with blue in the outfit, hence why I have a couple pairs of either white or white and blue shoes for those days. I have a pair of the Volt/Pink flyknits from several years ago, and they are hard to pair anything with! Pretty much only option is black shorts or pants, and either a white/black/volt shirt. They don't get a lot of play in the rotation.

Just more questionable form-over-function (at the expense of function, really) by Nike.

I don't have that issue with mine, i think the shoe last doesn't fit his foot volume wise.

how do you feel the infinity pro 2 fit? My favs are still TW15 and Zoom 90 IT. I struggle with a lot of the newer stuff because it’s so narrow. The AM90 are just a no-go because they are so narrow. I wish I bought more z90 IT when they were around

I would say if the am90 are a no go for you, the infinity pro 2 may be a no go as well. I ordered the same size in those as my pair of am90s, which is also my casual and running shoe size, and the am90s may actually be a touch wider. I have a relatively normal width foot, and a narrow heel, so I tend to prefer my golf shoes to fit on the tighter side to avoid heel blisters, and the infinity pro 2's are definitely snug, but not overly tight. They are not ZIT 1 or Tour Premiere tight, but are tighter than the Roshe or Jordan golf shoes. I have the IP 2 in a size 14, and the NXT% in size 13, and they honestly feel like they fit the same. Haven't worn the IP2 for a round yet, only a range session, but they already stretched a bit. If you can find a size to fit your width, I highly recommend them

Thanks. I have the ZIT1 in a wide, and I can wear them, but barely. The Jordan adg3, zoom 90IT and Tw15 are all fine in regular widths. 
 

Doesn’t look like they have IP2 on the site in wide…there appears to be an old cached Google page for the wides, but no longer on ndc. May just try a size up and see how it goes. Appreciate the feedback.

The ZIT 1 were too narrow and wide would have helped.  On the new infinity 2 I got my normal size and they fit perfect.
