Yeah we should see new MB, MC and P770 in late Summer or Fall of this year.

Also curious what the new P770s look like. Looking for a topline and sole profile similar to the Apex Pro 21s. P7MC seems to be less forgiving.

I currently game the P7MC irons and have gamed the i210's before.  I think the P7MC have a softer feel/sound to them.

They are released every 3 years so it would be in 2023 not this year.

 

I wonder about the p7TW irons though, they were released in spring of 2019. I guess we would see Tiger playing them first.

Yeah the P7MC irons, much like the P760 irons, are a soft forged iron.  I've only had mine our for a couple rounds and they're already showing chatter.

P790 has been a 2 year cycle - 2017, 2019 and 2021.

P770 was 2017 and 2020 but the current version was a pretty big departure from the 2017 version obviously.

As a replacement to the P750, the P7MC's are probably more on that 3 year cycle.

Also have to account for what COVID has done to supply chain and inventory these past 18-24 months, wouldn't be surprised if manufacturers end up riding out current models longer than they would otherwise.

This is accurate for TM. These irons were supposed to be out this Spring and were delayed to the Fall due to this exact issue.

I'm a PGA Professional and TM staffer, I have a meeting on the 30th with my rep, I'll have some info for you guys after that on what's next, he is supposed to be bringing the new iron line with him.  He also said he will have in hand of the new woods at the beginning of November.
