The wheels turn slowly --- almost a year after the original filing the presiding trial court judge has dismissed 6/7 counts against Nicklaus and GBI by Howard Milstein ("Nicklaus Companies").  Having been dismissed at this stage it's pretty clear they were pretty much frivolous allegations but the ruling doesn't have specifics.  The only remaining claim relates to what would be called the non-compete aspects of whichever agreement is being argued about.  The way is likely paved for that to head to arbitration and the whole thing to disappear from the courts at this point, but who knows how many months that will take.  So far, it's Milstein being Milstein and Nicklaus another victim of his litigiousness.  Maybe we'll know more next year . . .

That’s a serious misleading headlines, if he case just goes back to state court where Nicklaus filed it in the first place.
