Kirkland Putter $50 at my Local Costco

If you have tried it, you'd know that it is actually a very nice putter. I don't have one but for $50 I might just get one to add to the 40+ I already have. 

Maybe KS2 is coming and it'll be $600.

yeah. I didn't mean it was a bad putter. but it didn't sell at $150 so costco is blowing them out. 

 

Even at $150, it was a good putter but because it didn't sell, Costco knows that golf clubs, especially putters have a unique market and not just ones looking for cheap ones.

 

There's a reason why ppl pay $$$$$$ for Circle T.

I haven't been to Costco in a little while but I'm assuming this price is more of a clearout price as golf season comes to an end than anything else.  The putter isn't even available on the website right now in right handed (at least, I couldn't find it).  This store might just need the shelf space so they're pricing them to move quickly.

 

Of course, you could also be right and the putter didn't sell well.  My assumption would be, if that were the case, that we'd see a discounted price and putters for sale on the website.  Maybe that's coming in a couple weeks.

This looks to be store specific. I called my local store in Long Island that has it in stock, their price is $100 with no price matching to other Costco's

It's been $100 in stores for a while now.  I'm not a fan of this putter.  If you use a soft ball (pro v1, tp5, etc) it's like a numb feel/feedback.

One of my fellow club members for some reason is big on Costco. He has the putter and the wedges. Now I have tried all 3. The putter does not set up good for my eyes but it is a little light for me. The wedges set up good but as most modern wedges stock they are too light for me. Now I would not trade those wedges for my current Vokeys or my old 588s but if I had to I could play them after a little bending ( need to be flattened about 2* for me) and addition of lead tape. But as far as the name I am more than likely the most brand agnostic person on this or any board I would not give two hoots if the brand was Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck.

I’d absolutely pick one up for $50, cover up the branding with some lead tape and just tell people it’s a custom 😂

Not Reduced where I live in Florida. Hope they do as I would love to have one for the price of a box of a dozen balls that will be lost in a month.I asked the sales guy if they  are marking them down and he more or less said he hasn’t heard of anything yet.  I played crappy Ping putters years ago that had absolutely no balance and people had no idea but loved the name Ping and they want to knock this putter?  Really?
