Upon leaving after a long day today I spied this creation in the Bakery.

That has to be the foundation for the centerpiece of the dessert station for the Easter Sunday Brunch. Let's see what the pro comes up with for the final presentation.

It was 40+ degrees, but it was weird weather.  It was like little snowballs so they didn’t melt.  I am trying to get a video from a guy in the group behind us.  It’ll give you the full look.

You'd think a guy who was a decent puck handler back in the day could have managed ok on those surfaces. Should have trudged onward.  😆

In MT we all have the covers on the cart.  It was about 50 degrees at the turn and this is on 13.  Dropped what felt like 10 degrees and the skies opened.

 

Not me in the video, I wish I had his swing. The forecast was for 0% precipitation.

First tee time of the season booked for Monday on a not so great course but they’re open, no winter greens, cheap green fee and I can’t wait any longer. Last round was mid November. Lots of practice since then so time to see if I’ve just been fooling myself or if I’ve made some progress 😄

I will! Not setting my expectations too high as I expect it to be soft and wet and it’s going to be around 40 degrees.

Finland. The first courses opened on Thursday but most of them are off the mats or on winter greens.

I ask because I'm 1/2 Finnish myself. I've always have wanted to spend a month vacationing throughout Scandinavia.
