That's not the Deep Face driver. That's the regular XF model, my rep said the Deep face will be a separate model.

Yup, Gen6 0311 will be a deeper design model and the 0311 XF will be an updated model. Mid March announcement is expected timing.

Yeah, I’m not talking about a GEN 5XF driver. I’m talking about an unreleased TD driver. it’s been tour only for several months now.

Pretty much correct. In all actuality they should be a little less forgiving.

No idea besides Q2. I was told 0317 will include ST, CB and T which is moving over from 0311 line. So far 0311 will be P and XP.

I bought the 0317 when they were 149/club just on a lark to test out. They have literally beaten out all of my other iron sets including Ping i230s, Miura's, etc. (yes I'm a collector lol). I never thought I'd game them - mainly because I'm a legit 15+ HCP! - but something about their shaping + a KBS Tour 120S shaft is just killing it for me. Do I dare game these things??? Posting in here because I would only imagine that the 0317 CBs would be slightly more forgiving but give me the same turf interaction and feel!

Don’t suppose you have a set of King Tours in the collection? 😀 I’m between those, the 0317s and the i230s. Not making any decisions ‘til the 0317CBs are released, but any more feedback you have between the i230s and the 0317s would be welcomed!

Haha no sir! One of my favorite set of irons ever is weirdly the Cobra F8s but never have had Tours!

Why?   Raw does nothing for spin and they look like sh*t.   What’s the point?

Actually u do get more spin from a NEW raw wedge. The misconception is that when they rust it adds spin. I do agree that they don't look as good plus grooves wear out faster.

For anyone who doesnt like raw wedges (I was in that camp for a long time), is the only reason due to rust?  If so (and this is what I do if Im using raw wedges), every 5 rounds or so, I just get some steel wool and spray them with CLR.  All of the rust disappears and then I have what appears to be like a brand new wedge again

They don't want raw for the spin or lack there of, they want raw because it's RAW! it's different and it's RAW!

Data shows rust actually reduces spin.  Clean wedges spin more.

Scientists would disagree but what do they know lol there's no such thing as "fresh rust" or old. It imparts no difference in spin that's been disproven over and over.

Fresh rust...I thought I've heard it all.
