Took a while to get used to it when they started doing it in the original T100's but I have gotten used to it now. If you want to do something with it to make it less noticeable then I can see the sense in scratching out the paintfil but I wouldn't do anything else other than that. Clubs are jewels not tools but you will end up with a massive scabby bit and to me that would be even more annoying.

If it was more of a full shot club, I would go with the set GW.

It looks crap, imo.

 I use iron covers and when I address the ball I don't notice it as why nit pick with such an amazing set of irons as I would just leave them alone. I'm not sure why the loft is stamped on the PW but I know all other brand wedges have the loft stamped on them and it never bothered me. I never thought about all my other wedges looking like crap because of it. At least they don't have screws in the back of the cavity or on the toe area or a huge notch in the back of the hosel.

I would leave it alone, be thankful that you already received your set as I'm still patiently waiting for my T-350's to arrive. You will soon not let it bother you after you played them for awhile

Either way you are good.  I use a Vokey gap wedge and have it built with the exact same shaft and at the same length as the PW for full shots.

Placed my order today after my fitting. Went in expecting a T200/T150 combo with the same PXLZ shaft. Ended up with T150 4-PW in TTDG S300 (boring shaft I know....) The T150 is ever so slightly larger than the T100S but to me it was perfect! Smash Factor avg. with 7 iron was 1.35. Now I just wait....

Yes, I picked it up. I practically had the same issue with my previous T100 50* wedge vs Vokey where the iron wedge was not only a few yards further, but the mishits were way better than a specialty wedge where it just lost distance so fast on mishits (that's all just my experience). I feel it all depends on your gapping, so you maybe you consider a thought about weakening the loft on a T150 GW one degree if you decide on it?

Nice, that’s what I was thinking after my fitting on the 3rd but I didn’t pull the trigger on the GW. Would like to get the consistency, feel and forgiveness of the T150 but didn’t know if I was crazy to ditch a Vokey or if I would be giving up alot of spin. Ill go with the T150 gap then fill in whatever degree is needed between that and my 60 degree lob.

Yes it does.  But a little less I believe and placed slightly higher to keep the flight down if I understood correctly.

Anyone have experience gapping the T200/(or T150) with the T100 in the long irons? Thinking of snagging a T200 5i and playing 1* weak to replace my T100 4i as it can be tough to get the sufficient height. 

Playing a tsr7 7w at 20.25* and have the t100 5i at 27* (not a fan of hybrids). Any insight/suggestions would be great!

For the guys wondering about getting the gap wedge? Did any of your fitters suggest bending the pw a degree week and then building your wedge gaps from there. My Pw will be 45 not 44.

Sharing results of my fitting here for folks who are interested in T150, specifically.

Background: I play off 11, ball striking is neither a strength nor a weakness, generally my miss is a groove low and toward the toe side.

 

Gamers: 2019 T100 4-GW

Testing: I hit new T100, T150, T200 from Titleist and the 2021 T100s for comparison. Also hit ZX5/ZX7 mk II, i230 and i59, Mizuno 223 and JPX 923 Forged (I'm a lefty, no tour for us)

Results: For my slightly shallow delivery (-2º AOA) T150 was the clear top performer, with ZX7 a clear second.

When I hit T150 vs. T100s, the similarities far outweighed the differences. T150 looks a bit more friendly to my eye, but that felt more about blade length and shaping than top line, which I don't personally associate with forgiveness. This was most notable in the 5,6,7 iron.

Performance wise, I launched T150 a touch higher than T100s (and ZX7), spun both Titleist irons about the same and a touch more than ZX7, and felt like my typical miss (low toe) was landing 5-7 yards short and a touch left of target.

Relative to my gamers, between the lofts and a better shaft pairing (Project X LZ 5.5 from Project X 6.0 in my 2019 T100) ended up gaining 12ish yards of carry with about the same left/right dispersion.

 

I'd say the only thing I wished were different about the new T150, is I'm a huge fan of the pre-worn leading edge on the 2019 T100/T100s and am bummed Titleist nixed that sole approach. Time will tell how the variable bounce works for me in play, but low point forgiveness seemed really strong off the mat relative to the other options.

Decided to build 4 iron out of T200 bent 1 degree weak, and swapped out my 3H at 19º for the U505 at 18 bent one weak to 19º.

Happy with where I landed. Really feel like T150 is AP2 with a turbo added to it, which is exactly what I was looking for. If you liked AP2 but want it to be a touch hotter, that's T150.

S300 AMT White and standard LLL.

Ordered my T150 set last week on 8-3.  Just received email they shipped… scheduled to receive tomorrow via FedEx. Wow, that was quick, great job Titleist.
