Another big win for the JB putter.  The only thing that stinks for them is that none of the winners are Cally staffers and they cannot use their names.

I ordered one, won’t deny it. I’ve been eyeing Hovlands longer putter shaft for a while. Seeing success with the 38-39 is hard to ignore. Worth a shot to me.

That speaks more volume for the validity of the putter than if someone is paid to play it.

I hope Odyssey will release the putter in Europe. I tried to order one but unfortunately the preorder is only for US.

I just checked ebay for recent sold listings of the pre orders. 16 have already sold on ebay, for an average price of $833 (which includes shipping but no tax). INSANE

Anyone happen to know if a request is submitted to Odyssey if they’ll leave the grip off at the time of shipment? 38” will still be a bit long for me personally so I’d like to trim it down another inch or so once it arrives.

So I have heard different things from two reputable sources. One is the putters have a CB weight in the butt and the other is the "grip" acts like the "CB weight"? I am leaning towards the second but what do you think Money?

If it’s anything like the previous Tank models that were released, they will have the weight in the butt end of the SS grip.  Some of the older tanks came with adjustable weights for the head as well as the grip.  I don’t think we will get all of that though.

The Tank Cruisers had a butt weight in the shaft as well as an adjustable weight in the grip.

They have never done this for me in the past but it doesn’t hurt to ask.
