I saw that video. I guess just seeing a Max anything in a pro's bag is surprising since the Max versions are usually (and unfairly I might say) tethered to high handicappers and beginners

Collin Morikawa and Nelly Korda both have the Qi10 Max drivers in their bag, pretty high handicappers there but on the plus side I guess.

Looking at his 2 drivers, the darkspeed must launch much higher than the AJ.  Lofts on both drivers are way off.

That relief in the bounce in the center of the sole allows the leading edge to sit closer to the ground when square but doesn’t really reduce the effective bounce when the face is opened.  Think having more bounce in a bunker but plays like a lower bounce wedge off of tight lies.
