I think you have to do this twice and select each model in your combo. I will take you eventually to the set makeup list where the you can select individual clubs or 7-PW, etc.

Never taken advantage of this and have some questions with the fine print. 
 

I have Paradym 3HL and 7W and want to trade them for AI Smoke 3HL and 7W. 
 

I do them in one transaction? The price guide is showing $120 for the Paradym FW so 2X that and sending in 2 clubs would be $480 and not over their $500 limit.

You can max do $1000. 500 trade in plus 500 bonus

Just ordered a A Smoke 3HL fairway with a GD HD shaft and trading in a QI10 FW and scotty putter snd cost $49 I think.

Yes, as long as you get the clubs and return within the window.

I really appreciate the help. Last question: Do the trade clubs I send in have to have the stock shafts that came with the club when new? Several of my callaway clubs have been reshafted.

I play 10.5* in TD but TD Max launches way higher. For me, 9* is better in TD Max.

 

Do you know if Callaway offers to swap loft or need to return and go through the whole process?

They don’t care one bit. I have the stock Tensei from my Epic Flash I’m sending in with it and keeping my Diamana ZF. No point in giving them an aftermarket shaft because there’s no additional value.

I was looking into this last night. Looks like the price for the irons I was thinking about trading is around $120 lower than I could get at Global Golf. 

 

Has anyone else noticed that trade in prices have dropped?

Are you looking at the price it shows and manually calculating the double? It doesn’t show double on its own because it’s only part of purchasing specific clubs.

EDIT: I just checked the 3W I’m trading and it’s lower than Callaway before the 2x

Yes I get that they are doubling the price. Just found it odd they had such a lower initial price.

Those websites use the pga value guide thing, and CPO does not - or loosely does. You are correct that some clubs may be more or less in value with CPO. YMMV and this is why most people wait for this 2X promo thats been going on 2-3 years, now.

How long does it take for them to ship out a club after creating the label? For me a label was created on 6/5, but still not shipped yet. It was standard spec, not custom order.

Order placed the 5th as well and I just got the shipping notification saying it’s on the way.

Dumb question if the day… is your Trade # (that you write on the outside of the box when sending in your clubs for trade) the same as your Order #?

Go into the confirmation email of your order and scroll to Trade Request Summary and you’ll see the Trade Number.

I thought it should be somewhere. I got the return label already but did not get an order/trade confirmation email.

I think you can also get it by checking your order status on the Callaway website

I had checked there and only the order # is currently shown. The Trade # is not.

It should be within the Order Confirmation email. My trade # was right after Payment Details under Trade Request Summary.

Its shown on your order confirmation, its kind of hidden its in a grey box in that email. And yes its different from the order #. RMA #'s are the same as the order #, however.

I was having those issues when I ordered last week.  I just called with the trade and order details and did it all over the phone.
