I know the yardages very well, but there are definitely times that I still find tricky subtle reads on the greens. Plus, it would help plan shots into the greens, and if nothing else, should breed more confidence when putting. Nice to have something to use as a guide!

I have the exact same yardage book and halfway through the round I forgot the yardage markers on the pages were marked to the front. It took me 2 holes to remember that lol.

They come in best imo around the greens. Hands down it saved me 4 strokes on putts I thought went one way and went the other.

pretty sure it's the way the fairway is sloped so they know how it will kick or roll...

thats what i thought at first too but then i looked at one i think the L/R were both 66 and theres no way it was the same distance to both sides

The red dots represent the "pull" of Rae's creek & how it has an effect on all putts at Augusta.

I'm new, I just saw this today and it led me to join here.

What I really love of these professional yardage books is the green drawings. Needless to say this is the finest look I (an architecture nut) have yet had at ANGC's greens. Thanks for sharing.

It's fascinating to see how all of the contours on the greens are mapped out. Now I understand just how they know which hills and slopes feed towards the pin.

Just the mapped greens would be useful to me. I can't hit a specific spot, but if I know the right side of the green is bad, I can certainly avoid it.

I bought a ydg book when I was a caddy in the senior open years ago. I had played the course 100 times before the event, and the book I had was well done. It was absolutely nothing at all like what I have seen here! Awesome stuff, and I enjoy watching Kevin when he is on. I hear those Duke guys know how to party!
