Lowest Spinning Driver Head?

Get an 8.5 9015D? Not many options, but I can't imagine actually needing something lower spin than what you have. Maybe a SuperDeep or a Geek DCT.

Lol i actually have 9016d 10.5, speedline classic 10.5, 913 d2 10.5, which spins alot compared to the others.

I guess a 9015d 8.5 is a good idea.

Anyone else?

I have a 9015d with an ilima 70s. I like the flight but would like just lower spin to get some more roll thats all.

Other than the super ls, I found the Cobra S9-1 Pro D, Cobra X Speed, Cleveland Classic to be super low.

Ditch the Redboard and get an Ahina/whiteboard. Can be found now for like 100 bucks new.

I do have a wb 63s. Will a lower spinning head reduce spin more than shaft right? Plus i really like the feel and weight of the ilima. Lol not sure what to do. Plus i live in a small town with no trackman with in at least 120 miles which sucks lol.

Is the SLDR really that low of a spinner? Personally i prefer the look of glued heads.

Ansers similar to the 9015D for me, the Adams found it's way back in the bag tho the Anser is certainly a fine driver.

Cool that would be great! Thanks! Personally i like taller face drivers. The 9015d i think is a great looking driver with great shape and tall face, also the 9016d too. Tomorrow is the last day our driving range will be open. I am going to bring the 9016d out to try too.

What about Krank and those other LDA companies? I have heard of Alpha, and Geek. Any others?

The 9016D is deffo lower than the 9015, but it likes more SS to get it singing off the face imo. Not as lively.

Give the Clevelend Custom Classic XL a look. Played the 9016d at 10.5 and the Cleveland Classic is in the bag with similiar launch (Fubuki Alpha tipped 0.5 in both) and distance but Cleveland was more forgiving.

The other one I might suggest is the Callaway Razr Fit Tour Authentic.

Hmm....really? Damn i wish i could demo one. We have a Dicks Sporting Goods but it does not carry a lot of stuff except TM stuff, and even that is ever limited. like i said super small town so the selection is very limited. I think they carry the Super S but no LS. I. Will have to check again. Most of my purchases are from ebay and the bst without being able to hit first. It sucks lol.

Just looking at their website and it has a pretty nice shape and deeeep face. How do you like Fubuki Alpha? What weight shaft do you have? Also, unfortunately its another club i cant see cant see in person lol. Is the black tie a made for or real deal?

I played a couple of 9015's for a few years, one was a tour issue from Vijay. I wore one of them out and it started not flying as far, so I switched to a 913 D3 7.5. I gained yardage over the 9015, quite a bit that is why I knew it was toast. But, I picked up a G25 that is digitally lofted to 9.6, it is stamped 8.5 on the bottom, and this is the lowest spinning head I have hit. I was skeptical when I bought it at 9.6 since I hit the ball fairly high and it also has a Fuel TS 60 X in it, which I normally hit a 60 gram shaft higher as well, but this thing flies much lower than expected due to the low spin head. It is very forgiving as well. My favorite driver I have ever owned. I thought for certain I would hit ti too high and sell it, but it is not coming out of the bag.

Try a Nunchuk shaft in your 9015d.

I have one, it's great - the head was originally picked out a bit heavier, so worked out well at 44" long with Nunchuk.

Same here. Most of my purchases are from Ebay which is why I always try a few clubs after I narrow it down. Helps when drivers are adjustable as I have three Anser tips and 3 Adams LS tips. The shaft I have in my LS is the Fubuki Alpha 70X and playing it at a little over 44". I was surprised that the Alpha spun less for me with lower trajectory than the Ahina 70X. BTW I have approximately 12 cottons balls in my LS and replaced the 8 gram metal weight with the 2 gram plastic weight and the sound is amazing. Quiet like a forged iron almost.

I would suggest the sldr if you really can't find anything lower spin. No kidding, I tried it and I actually struggled to get it in the air, and I'm a fairly high ball hitter. Try it, you might be surprised. The head also looks a little smaller.

Adams fast 12 LS this is a low spiing head, average 2100-2300 for me, but when i tried and compare the SLDR on i average 1900 spin and gain carry and distance beause it roll more. But i just cant get comportable with adjustable driver. Both driver have the same lenght and have same shaft. i have the tour issue Fujikura motore speeder TS spec 63 and the SLDR have the stock TP motore speeder TS.

I can't attest to the spin rate, but my Nike VR Tour (NOT str8 fit) is longer than my 9015d. Both are among the best drivers ever, but the VR Tour has that trajectory that flattens out and just goes. It is less impacted by the wind than most other drivers I've tried.

What about the limited? You know anything about that one compared to the vr tour?
