NOS Cobra Fly Z's can still be found with a little bit of work for <$150. Should be able to find some offerings from Callaway (Fusion, XR) & Ping G around the same price point. All are user-friendly.

I'm not a senior but have a lot of buddies that are and they all are using the Callaway Rogue with a lightweight shaft. There are about 50 guys in the group I play regularly with in Florida and at least half are using and loving the Rogue. They are still pricey but with new Epic coming out, the price might drop or look for used.

... I will second the Fly Z. I am 65 and playing the F8 so I gave my Fly Z to the Mrs who is a very good player and averages around 200yds off the tee. I put a Tensei Blue senior flex shaft in it set at 12* of loft and this is the best she has ever driven the ball.

Im 66 with 85-90 swing speed, the callaway fusions are the bomb. There are a bunch of heads on ebay from an outlet guy, 10.5 look new $86 shipped. Lots of shafts find your weight and you can get a great driver for less than $150 or go callaway preowned.

I'm another johnnythunders. 66 years with an 85-90 swing speed. Swing has changed over the last few years as knees got bad. Have a Callaway Rogue--it's the longest but also I'm wildest with it. TM M2 2017 is a bit shorter and straighter.

Went to a Knuth Golf/High Heat driver (original) and it is dramatically straighter for me and gets close to Rogue distances when hit well. Much more consistent with the High Heat. I ordered the original at 45 inches and it has worked really well. They have a new driver--called 257--that I've just ordered. It may or may not be better than the original, but at this point, one of those two will be in the bag and the Callie and TM models will be gone.

The Bridgestone JGR (2018 model) is simply the best driver Ive hit in years. Trust me, i came from a G400 Max which was phenomenal as well.

Note. I did order it at 45” and it just feels perfect. With the recoil 460 shaft in R flex. 10.5.

My SS is 88 to 90.

Just feeling you guys out for some recommendations for a new driver.

Shaft will be senior flex.

Cost will be moderate, looking for a driver with a low to medium price.

A high loft is very desirable.

Weighting is desirable, but not required.

First up, don’t restrict yourself to a flex label, all senior (and any other flex) aren’t created equal. Shaft weight is likely to be important, perhaps something in the low 50 gram range might be the right call, but that all depends on how you generate your clubhead speed.

Loft is a good attribute to trim down the large list of potential option as most are only available up to 12 degrees (Ping, Titleist and later Taylormade’s for example). Callaway offer a few models at 13.5 degrees. Since you requested movable weights, then the Great Big Bertha 2015 ( 13.5 degree) fitted with either the Mitsubishi Kuro Kage Bkack 50 (50 grams), Bassara E42 (45 grams) or Diamana Green (45 grams) flex could be regular or senior, fits all the criteria you listed. Callaway pre owned has them priced $132 - $192, I assume there will be a few on eBay a little cheaper.

Here it goes again, another thread asking for what brand of driver to buy only to hear 50 different responses all based on what an individual's playing. I would never buy a driver based on what somebody else suggested, I would go try them out at the golf store and decide for myself. After all, I got five Eagles last year and 2 this year.
