This may be old news but watching on the PGA Tour Live coverage this morning it looks like Rickie is back to the C Tapers, is this accurate?

Definitely C-Tapers in his irons. If I'm not mistaken, he went back to them when he put the new prototype heads in play.

Correct, he finished off last season with S400 Tour Issue shafts because he switched to the TP5 TM Ball.. Then switched back to C-Tapers this season with the introduction of his new iron heads

Was a total disaster when he switched to the TM ball and S400 shafts. He had such a good year the year prior to that I thought for sure he was finally going to win a major and then he decided to make that change. Probably for the best with him switching back.

On a side note, he's also using a white putter shaft. Anyone know what shaft that is?

That putter shaft is probably 10-15 grams heavier than his old shaft, and stiffer. Maybe he just wanted a slightly different feel.
