Frustrated is the best way to put it. They had an amazing chance to really reach a lot of non-Nike guys with the MM Proto (of course with the new name). I'm don't think this will reach out like they want. Hope I'm wrong.

I think they are playing the future game, aiming for younger guys like me who actually like the color scheme and the liveliness it gives. Im thinking the early 20s to Mid 30s crowd with disposable income. They sort of gave up on the traditionalist older crowd a while ago.

If Rory or Tiger bag either of the new irons it will be the Vapor line. Nike will want them to play something similar that is available retail so they can sell more clubs.

Golf is changing for sure. It's evolving into a full blown ESPN sport played by the jocks. Golf now goes along with every other sport in discussion. Thats a good thing though I guess. Growing the game.

Having a very difficult time keeping up with this thread. So many people and so many posts!

I didn't like them at first sight, but when I think about it these are going to look really nice in person. I won't fully judge them until I see them in person and also better lighted pictures in the real world.

Is it known if the vapor speed are forged? If so, it seems like we could make a killer combo set.

Regardless of what people here are saying, they will change their minds in time just like the coverts. Excited for this and their new woods release. Oh and release the putter already!!
