There's a picture of The Rocket and The Mini Rocket pool side...but I can't post it cause I'd surely be Jonesscott cell mate for a month.

 

 

They were wearing matching burlap sacks!

Yup...this is the picture I was talking about....but I'm not technically competence enough and/or to lazy to cover up the sisters in the finest potato sacks.

Me....I was at the course each day at approx 8am and stayed at least until 7pm.
I just told BD to meet me at the beer concession stand at 230pm.

Her driving average today was 183 yards and only 13/28 fairways and 10/36 GIR's over 2 days...WTF.

I like Lexi....but watching her clump it on the greens today has me thinking we should re-institute "The Moose" again.....but this year it will be called...."The LEXI"

It's kinda sad that she has that jerky putting stroke considering she must practice her putting for likely 10+ hours a week.

But who is Mr22putt to talk....I'm a Chinese Putting Clown....I had 22 putts ( four 3 putts) on the front nine yesterday.....I HATE GOLF!!!

Go back into the previous LPGA threads and you'll see my favorable posts of Lexi.
The long time LPGA folder members of this site would also verify that I like Lexi.

I just don't hide behind the FACTS on Lexi....Lexi's short game is sloppy and prevents her from being the face of US women's golf vs. SNaP.
I maybe critical of Lexi because I'd like to see her win more.

Yes....I'll admit I don't care much for the entitled, phony, diva pros who happen to be Yanks......The Pink One, Crusty, SNaP, MW, Xtina.

Again...if you read some older LPGA threads....you'll see how I enjoy the likes of many US gals....Gulbis, Lexi, Lang, Gerina, Paige, Alison Lee, Korda, Nicole Castrale, Sydnee Michaels, Ryann, Danah Bordner, Cheyenne, Mallory, Angela Jerman, Beth Bauer, Leta Lindley, Jackie Gallagher Smith, Vicki Goetz Ackerman, Kris Tschetter, etc, etc are some of my fav's.

Watching her before her shoulder injury, I thought she was going to be a force to reckon with. I've noticed the same thing. A few weeks ago I even went so far as to suggest that she may have the potential to take the crown of 'Queen of Pouty' from Her Highness. Unfortunately I was insulted for my observations. In all fairness, she needs to show some longevity before being bestowed with such an honor. At the end of the day, though, I have a much stronger dislike of the glacial pace of play of some players than I do with players showing some anger/frustration.

I respect Putt's posts. He has a ton of knowledge on the LPGA and other women's tours around the world. I don't always agree with him and he doesn't always agree with me. As recently as today, he commented on Christine Song who I believe was born in Korea. But you know, it shouldn't make a difference where someone is born.

We're all entitled to our opinions and in this forum we mostly play nicely. If anyone's posts bother you and I'm not speaking to anyone in specific, the block feature is there.

PZ had a great experience with Stacy Lewis and appropriately thinks highly of her. I've seen other things and while respecting the talent, don't have the same level of appreciation on the personal side. Neither is right or wrong, it's an opinion based on experience.

There's more to it than that. She's originally from here and I know several of her family members. Because of that hometown connection I've always pulled for her and will continue that. I've also had the opportunity to meet her and thought she came across as a genuine person. Some of her action certainly aren't preferable, but it's nice to see someone that shows emotion out there. It makes it fun to watch. No one likes watching Chris Kirk types.

One of my best friend's (who doesn't play golf) father who was a golf nut......went to the same ophthalmology school in Detroit as Kris Tschetter's dad.
He even attended Kris's wedding.
At the 2003 CWO....I chatted with Kris about this....we spoke for 10 minutes....she was rearranging her bag and gave me two sleeves of Hogan Apex's.

I have Kris's book about Hogan...bought it for $5 at Golftown.....I've only read 5 pages....I've got to get at it.

Kris, Angela Jerman and Stephanie Louden....all lookers....were the face of LIZGOLF.....Liz Claiborne golf apparel in the early 2000's.

Kris nearly took down Annika at the 1995 USWO at Pine Needles.
