leaving that head cover off that nice putter is going to get sum real nice dents scraps. i'm always putting my cover back on mine, can't stand looking at a nice putter and it has scratches and dents all over it cause they never put the head cover on back on after they get done using it.

I was using the method mod cover but hated the Velcro so I just bought a plain white AM&E snap Fit. It's great. I have two unopened black ones if anyone is interested.

Kept it at 34", that's what I've always used, just changed the loft and lie.

I'm changing the grip today to the iomic which is about 10g lighter than the Flatso and obviously a different shape, so I'll see how it goes over the weekend before making any more adjustments. I forward press fairly significantly, so that's why I've always played more loft, but might go back to the original 2* loft if things don't improve.

I'm also a forward press guy. My PC 006 from the oven is 4* loft , 33", and 1* flat. My Rory is stock and after a few adjustments I'm putting better then ever.

Those are my loft and lie measurements too, 69* lie and 4* loft. so that's what I had the 006 changed too. We'll see how it goes after the grip change then go from there.

AM&E snap fit covers are the best. IMO. Magnets > Velcro

I prefer the blank AM&E snapfits and use them on my putters. They are easy on off and I like the stealth approach. Much better than velcro.

Here's a pic. Gave them out to my groomsmen, each in their respective college colors embroidered with their signatures. Had to get one for myself. But went with plain black leather for mine. My local shop has an AM&E account. Ordered through them. No more than $20 per cover.

I changed the grip to a super stroke and I hated the grip. I wish I can get the original grip back but it's too late. If you guys have one please let me know. My new grip doesn't feel right to me.

People have said they are identical to the grips on the new methods and can be ordered by any Nike account.

True statement, go to any retailer during the week because they have to call Nike to order.

Just had mine cut down to 33.5" and put an IOmic Absolute X on it. My guy was able to pull- save the OE grip. Felt alittle light so I'll probably add some lead tape to the bottom to get it back up to a D7 sw. We'll see how it goes tomorrow.

What's your definition of flooding? Just wondering because I see 3 for sale - 1 in Europe and 2 in the US which doesn't seem like much of a flood to me.

Went out today and played 9 holes. Shots par 33 with 2 dropped shots in the first 2 holes and the 006 caught fire finishing with two birdies and the rest pars. 12 putts through 9 to bad I couldn't put in a full 18.

Had 6 putts through 3 holes, holes 4-9 I had 6 putts. Love this putter!!!
