Just got back from Portugal, golfed 3 times whilst I was over there. I swear I didn't miss anything inside 5 feet all trip and felt like I was going to hole everything. Putting went from the worst part of my game to the best between my last weekend away and this trip.

I'm sure it is not all the putter, but I am loving it all the same. So confident with it.

I have decided it is staying stock, not going to shorten it or change the grip. Not going to mess with what works!

Just back from a 3 day golfing trip in Wales, UK. I was determined I was bringing the Rors and was practicing a lot to get used to it. Putting is my strongest area and I was at first perplexed at how far out my control of distance was.

With a lot of practice things got better and I was putting better. Couple of rounds I putted excellently including 14 putts thru 9 in a +3 39. "We're on." I thought to myself, excited knowing my game was getting closer.

Then Wales arrived and I putted brilliantly on days 1/2 (3 I did okay, not great) and I must say this does get the ball rolling. I felt splendid with it and it's not leaving the bag. If I manage to putt even better with this at my home club I'm very excited.

Can't bring myself to use the headcover though so it's displayed in my bedroom and i've thrown a Scotty one on instead!

I can't see why a lot of you guys are altering your strokes and setup to fit the putter. It should be the other way around. Shorten or lengthen it if you want to, and bend to your desired loft and lie.

The winner and the guy in last place generally aren't at the course at the same time.

That photo needs Rors walking barefooted in the number three spot though.

Finally decided to game the putter after going back and forth about selling. Great feel, but some issues with distance control. Really noticed the ball rolling online and rolling sooner than my Scotty's. Love how it starts rolling and holds it's line. Didn't like the stock grip, so had it regripped with my preferred grip, iomic standard 55g, the discontinued version. Found one in yellow at my shop, and had it put on. Not quite volt, but is close. Swing weights to D8 now. Forgot to measure swingweight beforehand. I also removed the paintfill from the sightline, as I prefer naked or a sight dot. We'll see how it performs my next time out.

While I doubt it too, Nike has the kind of money they could make that contract end early should they want to.

He has used a Scotty since he was very young and do not see him leaving them anytime soon. Only way he would leave Under Armor is if they acquired Callaway to get into the club business, and if he didn't want to play Callaway and Odyssey. Then Nike may have a chance.

While I agree, Jordan seems to be a straight up guy doubt he'd leave for more money, I'm guessing he's gotta be at 20 mil a year, with AT&T, Rolex, under armor, but we titleist doesn't pay so my question is when does his equipment contract end?

I think he's played Titleist long before his contract and definitely seems to not like change. Even if he does switch, it would have to be a deal that didn't include the putter, he's played his 009 since he was 15 and with two majors now, no way he's giving that stick up for some extra cash.

Hopefully he won't go anywhere else and hopefully he sticks with the clubs he grew up with, everyone seems to come from titleist these days
