You guys have no idea how many hours, day and night, at home and at work, I spend thinking about what clubs to carry between 4-iron to 3W. That even causes me the sleep debt sometimes.

 

And how much damn money I've wasted.

 

See if you can find last years M2 5W. Its 18*, really easy to hit off the tee *and* off the deck.

 

Here is what happened after this post.

1. Went to Global Golf, eBay, BST, then Callaway Preowned looking for cheap M2.
   
2. Saw Cobra Bio Cell+ and remembered that had a nice compact look too. Plus I have lots of Cobra adapters.
   
3. Search aforementioned 3 sites for BC+ 5W.
   
4. Stumbled across Fly Z+ FW, so now go to Cobra site. Brand new, with custom shaft for $139.
   
5. Go back to eBay because I'm cheap like that.
   
6. Search WRX for in-hand pictures to see profile and finish.
   
7. Search BST for Fly Z+.
   
8. Find out King F6 FW come in 5/6 wood lofts. 18.5* in neutral setting. Perfect.
   
9. Back to Global, eBay, and Cobra.
   
10. Cobra has F6 FWs for $179 with no upcharge shafts (HZRDUS Black, Aldila Tour Blue 85).
    
11. Found new $119 F6 on eBay. Screw the shafts, I have plenty of those.
    
12. Wait, Cobra F7 line also has 5/6 wood lofts. And with rails.
    
13. Back to Cobra, can get HZRDUS 75 (Black, Yellow, Red) for no upcharge.
    
14. But now GG is in the mix too, because they have $20 off $100 and the F7 line is not excluded. No custom shafts though.
    
15. Check WRX again to see odds/timing of 2017 M2 Tour release, but that can wait.
    
16. Currently sitting here with 2016 M2 5W in cart at GG, King F6 in eBay cart, and King F7 5W in Cobra cart.

I am jelly of you guys who have been playing. I haven't picked up a club since my Callaway trip. If I get a day I could skate early (like Thur or Fri) it won't hit 40*. I am buried to my nutsack with work today and tomorrow, so of course it will be 60+. More work with same pay sucks! It should slow down by the end of March when the new contract kicks in.

I don't know. Looks perfect, feels perfect, but I can't hit it. Generally works in the lowest loft setting, but at 16*, that's of no use to me. Freaky long for a high launch 16* club, but I want a 18-19* club. When its in those settings, its like I have a 4-way miss with it.

You could always go walk a few holes, and take terrible videos of them hitting drives from really far away.

 

Or, you could take videos of every shot they hit, and cut them together like a race to the finish, like you always wanted to.

 

Or, you could stay at work, and buy a swing jacket to drown your sorrows.

I had to drive over to another building a couple hours ago. I wanted to just drive home and get dressed to play golf instead. It's so nice outside. This is the best winter, ever.
