No idea if this is true But pointing out things Tiger was doing a month ago doesn't discredit what's being said Now. It's as though some of you think that being seen at a putting green a month ago is evidence that this must be false. That He's somehow immune from a serious setback. Again, no idea if this guy has any real information or not, but Screaming "impossible!" based on nothing other than your hopes isn't any more credible.

Whether true or not, the radio silence from the Woods camp of late is not good.

 

It's a shame, because I was really hoping Woods would make one last run at a major. I still have a fantasy that one day we are going to have a major where all the top players are on form and going at it on the back 9 on Sunday. Could you imagine the media storm if we ever had a major where Tiger, Jordan, Rory, Rickie, Day, Phil and a few others like Justin Rose ,etc ... were all in contention come Sunday? Weakens it IMO. I think that Tiger had even previously said that he wasn't hitting shots yet when he held a press conference during the Hero. STP knows that Tiger will garner attention, and I believe that for that reason he is less skeptical of his sources when it comes to reporting/speculating on him.

his game was still way off, even his driver. He fought it during that round and put something decent together but it was still way off and I don't see how it can come together doing the same thing
