I’ve found that by ordering a fair amount from NDC, and also ‘following’ golf through the Nike+ app (you can do this by scrolling down in your profile) has yielded the best results for reservations.

How does Nike “drawings” work? I received a notice but didn’t know how to proceed.

 

SNKRS app then "enter draw". If selected, you are charged immediatley and recieve confirmation. Ive never won a draw from SNKRS.

Those look really good. How do they fit? Mine arrive today sometime. I am thinking of keeping in shoe box brand new for some time. Keeping for trading with someone for future shoe I may miss out on and like better. That is if I can resist wearing them. Please let me know how they look with shorts.

You’ll have to sell your pair and buy your correct size pair after. Hopefully, the resell price for the size you have you and the size you wear are the same so you don’t lose money on it.

They definitely fit at least a half size small, I don’t know how people are saying they’re true to size. Compared to my non-golf XIs, these are narrower and shorter in length. Annoyed that the sizing is all over the place.

I feel like i remember at the bottom of the golf galaxy web page it said something about being a preorder item that will ship 2/26 or something like that

 

and i thought that was odd because far as i knew everybody else was shipping them right away

Got them in and am glad i went half size up. Being a huge fan of xi’s im so happy the shape turned out close to the b-ball form. Not a fan of the green sole parts but can deal with that. Now just mad i didn’t double up. Now patiently waiting for cool greys.

I agree. I think that most of the golf versions of the Jordan Retro basketball models run at least a half size smaller, at least for me in my TTS 11.5. Not learning my lesson from the AJ3 Golf, I ordered the wrong size again with the AJ11 Golf. :swoon2: It's not dramatically smaller, just snugger around the toes to be a little uncomfortable. I stuck shoe trees in them in hopes of stretching them out a bit.

I agree. I think that most of the golf versions of the Jordan Retro basketball models run at least a half size smaller. Not learning my lesson from the AJ3 Golf, I ordered the wrong size again with the AJ11 Golf. I stuck a shoe tree in them in hopes of stretching them out a bit.

Not that it helps anyone now, but I wear 13 in most J’s. I have to go up to 14 in 3’s and 11’s. I bought these golf 11’s in 14 and they fit perfectly.

 

When the golf 4’s come out for the 30th anniversary, I’ll order size 13 because that’s the size I wear in 4’s.

 

So to say the sizes are all over the place is a little misleading. The sizes in the golf J’s are the same size in normal J’s.

 

Lastly, to think they won’t go with shorts? Um, they were originally basketball shoes and are designed to be worn with shorts.

 

About the “hassle” of flipping the shoes for $100 profit. No hassle unless you live like 100 miles from UPS. Otherwise the process goes like this: Get shoes, open StockX app, sell shoes, print label, drop off at UPS. I had a pair of Yeezy’s last year I had in my possession a grand total of 20 minutes, and I live 15 minutes from UPS. Didn’t even open the box. Doorstep, app, printer, drove to UPS.

This half size up talk is starting to concern me. Wasn't that upset about Nike cancelling one pair since I figured there might be other colors coming, but if I struck out getting the wrong size I will not be pleased.

The outsoles they have chosen have narrower toe boxes (lunar fire for the 3s, react vapor 2 for the XIs), to the point you can see the outline of my toes against the patent leather

 

My TW13s,TW14s, and ST trainers are all significantly wider in sz 11 (all have the free outsole)

 

The weird thing about the XI golfs are they’re also a tad shorter lengthwise than all those other shoes in the same size.

 

I guess my feet are on the wider side, so I can see if you have narrow feet it might not be an issue.

I wear size 11 in everything Jordan. WC3 were definitely half size small but the XIs seem to fit fine. I’d fully expect them to stretch a fair amount with wear, the leather is fairly soft.

I guess the fit is all over the board because my size 14 fits great and are just the same as one of the 50+ other Jordans I own. I've played 3 rounds in them now and they are super comfortable as well. Currently my favorite pair of golf shoes all around and it's not even close. Look great both with pants and with shorts. If you do wear them, expect to get several comments/questions on them.

I’m just guessing they’ll release this year. 30th anniversary and all. I could be wrong.

 

But in the regular, basketball versions, there will be a ton of 4’s this year due to the anniversary. Much like the 3’s last year.
