im on the minority i guess. So many rave about free soles, i tried to like them but in the end they are terrible soles - imo of course. However, i do like the design of the trainers. Bring them back with react and maybe zoom with the same soles as the roshe tour g, im in!

I need some insight from you guys, I picked up a couple pairs of the XII Taxi's and a pair of the 1 lows golf version. My 12's fit perfect and I bought the 1's a half size smaller. I like the length of the 1's but the width is right there. I'm now looking at some V's and wondering if I should go with TTS like the Taxis or down .5?

For me the 5's fit like a boot where theres a ton of room in the toe box. I just think they're kinda heavy because of the bottom.

When you say tons of room are you referring to width? I'm not crazy about too long because I find shoes crease funny if they are too long.

For me personally I think its wide and has a lot of room in the toe so its long.  Maybe others might have a different opinion but all my pairs creased weird.  So much so that I got rid of them.

I ended up keeping my size 9 1’s over the 9.5s I got from pga superstore. These obviously fit way longer than most size 9 shoes. 

 

That made me go size 9 in my 4’s and 5’s off of StockX after reading comments on here but I think I would’ve preferred 9.5 for them. That is mostly because of my wide foot and high arch more than the length and they are still wearable. The 5’s are pretty padded so they might break in a little too.

That's my struggle with these. I like a little extra width but I don't want something too long as it drives me nuts to feel the shoe crease above the toes when you walk. I sized down .5 in the 1's but wish I wouldn't have as they do squeeze my pinky toe.

Are they doing two versions of the 1s like they are with the 12s? A golf version and a non golf version?

I've admired the Eastside Jordan collabs for a while. Are they ever available to the public outside of StockX/EBay?

Probably sell it directly on there for max profit.  I wouldn't be surprised if all these boutique shops are doing that.

Yes if you are best buddies with one of the Eastside owners 🙂 Basically an email marketing scam - you sign up for their emails and have no chance of getting a pair if you are a normal regular golfer without connections.

They've only done one prior to this collection, the AJ4 collab that was all backdoored to F&F as far as anyone knows.

But it does seem like they (and Nike) are doing this launch differently.  The promo shots make it look as though these are going to be launched by Nike, not on the Eastside Golf site.

I chime in on this issue about once every couple of months. I got a pair of the original release and I don’t know a soul at Eastside.

From the raffle?  If so, that's good news, then we have to just chalk it up to inexperience around communicating the raffle results.  You would be the only person I know that got a pair through the raffle.

I doubt the one on the left are golf shoes. I have those jordan 1 low sneakers and this look exactly the same.

Not a good sign for who? I would love to pick some up on sale. Not a good sign for resellers for sure. Jordan 1 lows are some of my favorite golf shoes. Just so clean. I definitely need to get more to stock for the next couple of years.
