I love my 32’s! They were recently restored to new by the Iron Factory. If anyone feels the life of their set is running out, I highly recommend the Iron Factory for restoration. I’ve used them a handful of times and I’m always pleased with their work. I switch between these and a set of 680 MB’s.

Can't you post some pics of your restored 32s? How is the chrome vs the original?

Was there any reduction in head weights due to the refinishing?

I don't have any pics readily available on the 32's, but here are some pics from some MP-60's and 680 MB's I had fully restored (new chrome, new grooves, new shafts & grips). I can snap some pics of the 32's later if needed. I chose to have the Mizzy's finished in a satin chrome finish, the 680 MB's were done in a bright polished chrome. The clubs look and play as if they are brand new.

If there is, it's extremely minute, imperceptible. This was a question I asked Jim @ The Iron Factory and he said there is a small amount of metal removed when stripping and sanding the head, but some weight also gets added back when re-chroming.

mp32's...one of my favorite sets of irons ever. They rotate between being my gamers and backup depending on how i'm hitting the ball. (rotate with mp64's).

Great irons, great feedback, workability, feel but NO forgiveness. My mp64's I'll hit off the toe and it'll still get there, with the mp32's that won't happen.

I bought these several years ago. Played them for a while, but really needed more forgiveness. Decided to reshaft them with C-Taper Lites two seasons ago. Lovely irons, but just don't hit the sweet spot enough times in a round to score well with them. Having said that, my iron play has improved since then and it is great to take them out every so often. Shorter than my current gamers, due to the traditional lofts.

As you can see, I replaced the 4 iron with a Fli-hi 4 iron, as I found the 4-iron easier to shave with than to hit.

Callaway Rogue Max LS Driver, 9 degrees, Tensei Blue shaft

Mizuno ST180 5 wood

Ping G425 Max 7 wood
Srixon ZX4 4 iron
Srixon ZX5 irons 5-PW, Nippon N.S. Pro Modus 3 Tour 120 shafts

Cleveland RTX6 48* wedge

Cleveland Zipcore 54* wedge
Cleveland RTX 58* full face wedge

Still have them in play. I was on a 3 or 4 year hiatus, so they are still in a good shape. But I am at a point in my life where I am making some good money and want to get a fresh set. BUT so far I have not found a set of clubs that I like as much as the 32s. Maybe I get a set of Mp-18 or MP-18 sc. Depends on how they compare to the 32 in terms of forgiveness.

If someone would offer me a brand new set of 32s, I would take it any day. I still think they are very forgiving. Have great feel. And I still hit them as far as most modern clubs.

If you don't mind a nosy question, approximately what did it cost to get a set of irons refinished?

And if you do mind, just tell me none of my damn business?

Got a set of 32's when I was in High School and played them all the way into college, had them shafted with the old satin project X, sold them to my cousin, worst decision I ever made. I have also had 2 sets of MP 37's, before and after the 32's LOVE those as well. Nothing can hold a candle to Mizuno irons in my opinion, had my eye on some JPX 900 tours lately....

I played a set for 8 years and really enjoyed them, but went for something a little more forgiving with the 716CBs. Still have them, though.

Titleist TSR2 15* w/ Tour AD MJ 8X
Titleist TSR2 18* Hybrid w/ Fuji Atmos Blue Tour Spec 8X

Mizuno MP Fli-Hi 3 iron w/ KBS Tour V S HS'd
Titleist 716CB 4-P w/ DG AMT TI X100 SS'd
Vokey SM7 Slate Blue 54.10 (1* strong) and 58.08 with Onyx DGTI S400
PING PLD Anser D 35"

2021 ProV1 or Left Dash ProV1x (or random other tour quality balls LOL)

Played them for a season or two, loved them, not sure why I got rid of them. Looking for a set again though...

I have played most of the old school MP sets (MP14 to MP37), always thought the MP32 was a CB that played like the best blades...

I am playing Scratch CBs now, but I really want to try a set of 32s again..

Just bought my set of mp-32 locally for 60 $ 5-pw while my ping I-25 are at ping being bent (green dot being bent to standard black dot). After playing a couple rounds they're really growing on me but not sure what I'm going to do when my I-25's come back. Contemplated having a mixed set but haven't decided on what to do just yet
