My God Josh Allen is spinning it, I am now all in on Elway drafting him cause he obviously will, I can't believe a game against CMU is the difference maker but damn.

 

Boy, now that he’s healthy and finally has a couple receivers that are actually catching it, he looks really,really good.

Ya super impressive, I watched a fair amount of Wyoming games this year, my cousin goes there and they covered like 7 games in a row, but I wasn't sold on him before this.

Since I’m in close proximity to Laramie and play a lot mommy golf in Wyoming with UW guys I’ve paid a little closer attention the last few years. He impressed me a lot last year, and I think it was pretty cool he came back for this year knowing how many skill guys he lost.

 

I see Elway is there. I don’t know where the Broncos pick, but maybe a trade up to get him?

My Dawgs DOMINATED early signing day today. 7 five stars, #1 class in the country and we’re still not done yet... hear there’s an Illinois built Ford that may be heading for warmer weather soon... got 5 star Brenton Cox late... 8 teams have higher rated recruits. We’ve got 6 more rated higher than him. Today was a GOOD day to be a Dawg

Not to mention going 12-1 so far in Smart's second year with a freshman QB. Once Nick Saban retires Georgia is going to dominate unless Bama has already somehow cloned Saban

Oh and we picked up another recruit the second day in Luke Ford. 111 other teams in FBS football do not have a recruit ranked as high as him. We got 10 in this class ahead of him.

Wisconsin brings the Big Ten to 7-0. Pretty impressive. Especially for a conference left out of the playoffs.

This Orange Bowl reminds me so much of the 1995 one. Miami vs Nebraska. Wisconsin right now is so much like Nebraska then. Big strong offensive line that wears down the defense (although the Huskers never had a QB have the kind of day Hornibrook did)and just dominates after the first quarter. Even a fullback making big runs. Fun to watch.

 

Cryst even sounds like Osborn did in postgame interviews.

Not an Alabama fan but I hope they absolutely destroy Clemson. I hate Dabo and Clemson almost as much as I used to hate Jimbo Fisher and FSU. I think if someone can come out and punch Clemson right in the teeth (specifically their young QB) they could lose big.

 

OU and Georgia could be a shootout, in which OU is better equipped. They have more firepower and love winning 63-56 games.

 

Love my Buckeyes and thought they looked good against USC, but I'm glad they aren't playing Clemson in Monday. Bama is equipped to beat them, I don't think OSU is this year.

 

Oh and Nick Bosa is a MONSTER!

Huge buckeye fan here too but that Cotton bowl was brutal to watch. Ohio State clearly was the better team. They knew they were better and they knew USC had zero answer for Hubbard and Bosa. Ohio State ran the most basic, vanilla offense and defensive schemes I have ever seen them run. It was rush 3 or 4 and sit back in man. On offense they shut it down at half time and played to just end the game.

 

First quarter was fun but the rest of the game was a bit like watching paint dry as the bucks shut it down and USC had no chance. I have no idea how the bucks would do against Clemson. I tend to think it would be a struggle on offense again but we will never know.

 

Bama should not be in the playoff.

In other bowling news, for some. The B1G is on its way to a perfect 7-1.

 

With no dog in the hunt........Georgia over Oklahoma (can OK play defense?). Clemson over Alabama (historically, don't like Saban).

I can't stand Urban Meyer. Although, I am actually not real fond of Fisher at the moment. I think he sabotaged the relationship, and just bailed. I was confident he would be around a while.

 

I know Willie won't be looking soon, been wanting this his whole life. I am not sure if there is much to the "Deion" thing, but am guessing he might be tough to recruit against if he does join the staff. I liked the comment Taggart made when they talked to him during the bowl game....

 

"Willie, what differences will we see on offense next year?"

In fairness his only real quality win was last year against Wisconsin. You can count Colorado and PSU too but each one of those involved significant injuries to the other team that weakened them. I don't count them.

 

It's put up or shut up time though. They have a b**** of a schedule next year, and have to make some changes on offense. 9 passing TD in a season ain't gonna do it
