Is Golf Channel coverage starting earlier then documented to show Tiger's full round, or is the only way to see the start at 1:40 ET to have PGA Tour Live?

Nope. Golf Central Pregame at 2 PM Eastern, Tiger at 3. Golf Central should only miss the first hole.

 

The Golf Central Pregame is ridiculous. Just so the coverage. I don't need to listen to the talking heads, I would rather watch golf.

 

Can you imagine doing a football pregame show in the middle of the first quarter? lol

 

We all know the problem is that a golf tournament has sometimes 10-12 hours of play on Thursdays and Fridays. Can only put so much on TV I suppose. That is until the PGA Tour buys the Golf Channel, renames in the PGA Tour channel, and puts every minute of golf on TV.

Kind of shocked we aren't seeing tigers opening tee ball. Still lpga ��‍♀️

 

Over here we have seen nothing but Tiger for the last 10 minutes. On the putting green, his walk to the tee, his wait on the tee and his tee shot. We are currently watching him walk up the first fairway..............fabulous.

 

Still got 30 minutes before Golf Central Pregame is on, an hour before normal coverage.

I think it is the PGA Tour feed that Sky are showing us. Many people call Sky but their sports coverage is probably second to none.

 

This has been on since 16:45 and when it finishes at 20:00 they will go straight in to the CBS coverage. The only down side is where they would normally spend 2 or 3 minutes bringing everyone up to date, they will spend 10 to 15 today.

 

All of this on a dedicated golf channel.

It does make me wonder, is he expecting that shot to cut a little bit more based on traditional driver design and the twist face kept it straight?

This Golf Central Pregame is a trap. You tune into to see the Tiger and they trap you into listening to Brandel and Ryan Lavner talk about stuff. Not cool.
