Justin Thomas strikes me as a "get off my lawn" type of guy when he gets older. (If he isn't already.)

God I hope so. I just can’t get my head around why y’all want to turn golf into the WWE.

You hope so what?

What I meant is...I'd be willing to bet he's never worked an honest day/job a day in his life. Didn't he grow up in a pro shop with his dad?

He comes off as entitled and hasn't ever likely known hardship.

Maybe I'm wrong and I hope I am.

Like any of the top players in the world have ever really had a "real" job?

This isn't the Seniors Tour of years ago when you'd get the great story of the 50 year old finally realizing his dream of working int he world of finance. These kids are born, bred and raised to be golfers. Period.

Yep no hard work involved at all. Just being born into the right family and breeding. Who knew without those things we are all destined to be bitter misinformed 16 handicaps. The world simply isnt fair.

I like beer like most do, but I don't understand the desire to drink while attending a pga event. I like to have all my senses sharp to evaluate the tournament play. Some might say beer is great in the hot weather, but beer is a diuretic isn't it? Most of all, is promotes idiocy, and detracts from the tournament.

I bet you're fun at parties.

lol, what I do at parties is has nothing to do with idiots at PGA tournaments. Actually, I really enjoy drinking beer, but at the appropriate place and setting. To compare a party to a PGA tournament is ridiculous. Are you one of the spectators who has a few too many and yells out 'mashed potatoes' in a golfers backswing?

A PGA Tour event is definitely a party atmosphere. But I don’t know any people who go to parties and yell MASHED POTATOES when the host puts on music, opens up the pool table or even serves effing mashed potatoes.

I guess if people go to parties and act like an obnoxious brat and folllow people around heckling them for a few hours then what we are seeing is probably ok those people. Those people also probably get asked to leave those parties, or get their a&& kicked a lot. I don’t see how you have to do this garbage to have fun and call it a party as a defense. You act like that at any party I’ve been to and the nearest country boy would turn your frat boy bicurious mouth into....... mashed potatoes.

I'm not bitter at all. I'm just saying, a lot of these guys haven't had a real job. I know they work hard at what they do. But it's not a real job. They play a freaking game.

Tiger won't be what he was10 years ago. He will be better. Once he starts chipping things in and gets his driver worked out. He will show these young whippetr snappers who the big cat is all about.

Did you make this comment wearing your Tiger Woods pajamas?

I'd love to experience the parallel universe where these people exist, even just for an hour. It seems like a fun place...

Honest question here. Tiger looks really, really good (I think).

Does he have another seven shots in him? Right now, reminds me a bit of Phil, so close, but just a little error here or there.

Full disclosure I'm a huge tiger fan, but I think I've been pretty consistent, Tigers game is unbelievable. I've seen it on the range tee, and his third tournament back on a course that Thursday Friday played ridiculously difficult. I am not going th to be surprised to see him win...soon. Im so stoked for the API.

Short answer yes he does have 7 shots. I absolutely believe it.

Like John Daly before him Tiger brings a certain element of fan out. its not Tigers fault or anything but thats how it is. More than half of them couldnt name more than 5 tour players. Its just how it is

For the ones that say it's not a real job golfs a game, that really chaps my butt. It is a game, but it's my job to play that game. Yeah for a few truly transcendent players they are playing for history, but for rank and file we are playing for cash...boatloads of cash. And quite a few have worked in bag drop when younger to get free play or network with financiers for golf etc.
