I root for Tiger but I haven't liked his swing since pre foley days so doesn't really matter to me much anymore.

Compared to where we was with Foley and Como, his swing looks crazy better. They ruined a Picasso with crayons. Especially Como. UGH!

his swing looks very similar to what it was with Como except hes not in pain on downswing and his body is tighter from the fusion. Backswing etc is all the same. To Como's credit he wanted Tiger to get his hands higher (like 2000) which I agree with but Tiger never did it

Hit a poor drive and smacked the ground with it. Nothing too vicious, but a bad angle and the shaft broke.

CT Pan ended up birdying the hole he snapped driver on and the next two holes (14,15,16), then bogey, par for -3 tied for 8th.

 

He let the club go at the follow through, caught it, holding it halfway down the shaft, smashing the head straight into the ground upside down toe first. Shaft snapped a foot above the hosel. He didn't throw the head, he kept it. It was on TV.
