I just ordered a F9 Tour 3 wood. I compared a used F9 Tour with the new Speedzone Tour 3 wood at Golf Galaxy this past weekend, and performance was very similar. I'm not a fan of the Hzrdus Black, which is what the F9 had when I hit it. The one I ordered is coming with an Aldila Tour Green 75 in it. I tend to hit those Aldila shafts better than the Project X Hzrdus shafts.

Great fairway woods, played the 3/5 all last season, staying put. I was fortunate, smoke is a good fit.

I just hit the SpeedZone 3 Wood - not the Tour or Big Tour. It was impressive for me - I was getting just north of 140 ball speed and I was usually around 135 with my F9.

Agree. Going to track down a Rogue White 80s as i get along really well with the black 80s 95msi.

My F6 Baffler is currently my 4 wood, but I noticed that the F9 Tour gives me 7-10 yards more carry on a normal swing, which really helps me on the top end. The Baffler is good off the tee, but there are some holes where I feel like 10-15 total yards with a fairway wood would be more helpful. I'm going to turn my Baffler up to 18.5* and compare it to my current Adams XTD 19* Super Hybrid.

The Rogue White definitely has my interest. I'm going to mess with the NV for a while, but keep an eye out for a good deal on a Rogue White.

Have gamed the F7 3 at 14.5 with weight forward for 2 years. Put an F9 Tour in the bag at the end of the fall, played several rounds and a lot of sim time with it and I don’t think I can game it, just a tad too small profile for me. I hit 3w off tee a lot at my home course and just don’t find it forgiving enough. When centered, it may be a tad longer than my F7. The F9 feel is solid, dense and a very pleasing “thwack”.

Had a fitting recently with a very well respected guy in my area and he threw a Big 3 in to compare against my F9 Tour after talking about how I use it off the tee. Used my Smoke 70. Much more pleasing to my eye, about the size of the F7-ish which was 170cc. Feeling is less dense. Not pingy by any means but not the same solid feel as the F9 Tour. Maybe a bit more dense than the F7. Off the deck ball speeds were mid 140s (160 driver ball speed) and just around 3000 spin. Indoors on trackman. Pretty much in line with my optimum swing numbers. Not sure about real turf interaction as the rails don’t really sit below the clubhead on this model.

Spent a good 2 hours at PGA super store testing 3 woods. Speedzone easily outperformed Sim and Maverik lines for me. I didn't get to hit the big tour, but extensively tested the tour and standard models. I ended up with the tour as I love the clean back look on the top and didn't notice a big difference in forgiveness or spin to be honest. Tour seemed to be quicker off the face too.

Most excited i've been about a purchase in a while!

I just got my big tour and was able to play a round of sim golf. Only hit it twice off the deck and it is a beast, I can only imagine it’s going to be better from the tee

I went with the Tour, AV Blue 75grm tipped an extra 1/2” at Tour length.

Goal was a 3W version of my Baffler since the Tour is the same size. Two rounds so far and it exceeds all expectations. Sound/feel, flight, shape...great club. Came out a touch heavier than I intended but my Fly-Z it replaced was too light. It flat out performs. Some will probably find the head too small.
