I've had a concern about this since they are molded and can't be replaced, but what can ya do. The shoes aren't going to last forever

Yeah, hopefully Nike keeps them in production so we can just buy new pairs as they wear. Definitely my favorite golf shoe in the last 4 years or so.

Don't wear them on the cement...they'll last longer (obviously). :)

If these are not restocked, no more colors released, then my thought is that there is some issue with the original design.

What other reason would these be done for in less than a week?

When koepka put these into play did he not wear them for a couple rounds, shoot horribly, switch back to the tour premieres and was back to normal? Or am I making that up. I have a huge issue with feeling comfortable in these.

I heard at one point they were having trouble making the Flyknit waterproof. Who knows if that was accurate. Combine some sort of original design issue with all the Covid mess, it would make sense that these might not be coming back. Or at least it will take awhile.

That is my recollection. I remember him wearing them on a Euro Tour stop (Saudi?) and then seeing him back in the TPs either at Riviera or shortly thereafter.

Again, the manufacturing dates (found on the tags of the shoes) indicate 10/4/2019-2/26/2020. Production was likely halted midway through that run in the factories and resumed (or not) at lower capacity or Nike scrapped a golf model on the production line for a better seller.

Thats the same reason these won’t restock in mass quantities.

Yes, delays expected, global pandemic, slowed production, slower shipping, we get that.

This shoe was hyped, no matter what anyone says, Nike talked about the collaboration with one of the best players on earth, and how they were turning the ultimate comfortable running shoe into a golf shoe.

One run of 3 colors, sold out, gone.

He then wore them again exclusively after wearing the TPs for that one tournament. He has been on social media over the last 3 months wearing them and my buddy played with him last week and he was wearing them... don't look for things that are not there. Covid-19 screwed up this release, it's that simple.

It's the sole design of the golf shoes. Alot thinner than the TPs which is causing the out of balance issue for some.

I will buy that if they restock or release more colors, if this shoe is 100% done, there was something else.....

They are doing Major releases... Golf is NOT a high priority for Nike so I would not expect more of these 3 colors to be produced for the US.

If there is a performance issue you won't see Brooks wearing them come June 11th when the tour restarts. I bet he will be wearing them as he is still actively practicing and wearing them off camera now...

Could be the price point - These are the most expensive golf shoe they produce and retailers may not order many of those so they don't sit on their shelves. Guessing they have seen the less expensive shoes sell faster in the past.

I am worried about that. The plastic seems pretty pliable. I dragged my foot once this morning and kicked a tree root. I immediately was concerned about the spike. LOL. Dont know that thought has ever crossed my mind while on the golf course before. That being said, there was no damage. I'll continue to rotate these in with my Jordans and AM1s.

I put some shoe stretchers in over the weekend. It worked a little, but I dont know how much room there will be for these to stretch. The TPU over the flyknit will limit that. They still took a few holes to break in. I have a wide-ish foot and the right little toe area is a semi problem for me. The walk wasnt uncomfortable today, but it wasnt what I had hoped for. I'll continue to test them as I have 2 more walking rounds scheduled for this week.

Stability was ok. I didnt feel as stable as I have with the TPs or XIs. However, It was fine. Not great, not horrible. I'm going to hope that it was just the soggy ground.

The white wipes off super easy. It has rained all weekend here so the course was pretty wet. Mud and grass came off with a wipe of the towel. It took a little more effort to pull the grass from those giant spikes since it gout twisted up and around the heel spike. I guess that means 2 things: 1) I spend too much time in long grass, 2) the spike is doing its job and locking in.

Have to say these feel great on the course. I’m an avid walker (and runner) on the course. I was not going to order a pair because they didn’t appeal to me. Glad I did. If they restock I will definitely get another pair.

I’m having a hard time refraining saying what I want to say about those having balance or stability issues in these shoes.

I remember an instance a few years back when Lebron couldn’t wear his own signature shoe the Lebron 11s and they had to reconstruct it to fit his foot better and it ending up being an entirely different shoe than the general release.

Not saying that’s happening here but it has happened before for Nike and their signature-athletes. Why Isn't LeBron Wearing His Custom Shoes?Fact is Brook’s did struggle early on this season and then went to see Butch Harmon after seeking permission to see the older Harmon instead of Claude Harmon his current teacher. The next round (the first round of The Players) he was wearing the TPs and we haven’t seen him or any other tour players in action since.
