Have to look now for something on amazon that will keep the mat from moving around. even in the slightest bit, it can throw readings off. 

Carpet tape or heavy duty Velcro should work

I just click the button and it becomes responsive again. It doesn’t seem to respond very fast if I move or shake it, but clicking a button works well. It also allows for you to skip the offline tracker after a shot on the range by clicking the mouse button.

I have a moving blanket under my mat on an epoxy floor. No issues.

Loved putting with this unit.

Low light and even with metal Putt Out gates proved no problem.

Unit didn’t miss a shot.

Hi has anyone managed to use their BLP outside of the states with a VPN or GPS spoof?

I text with a few in canada that have the BLP and there not using a VPN and say it works fine. I will let you know mine arrives Tuesday. Had a friend from the U.S ship it out to me.

On my range it used to show backspin. Now it only shows total spin. It shows backspin on the unit. Still in gold trial phase. How do I get backspin numbers on the range?

I changed out the balls and removed the head off the shaft and put it back on. The driver sounds normal again. 
 

on a side note, how do you calibrate the barometer? It’s saying I’m 324 feet below sea level when I’m like 250 feet above it. I turned it off and got my “sea level” numbers (noted by the wavy lines in the pictures) I’d like to see what they would be at my actual elevation.

@No_Ugos what firmware # are you using?  The original one had issues with elevation settings

I was just out in my garage and it was about that same temperature...worked fine.  I think I saw somewhere that they test it in single digit °F.

Been having a weird issue when playing on the course.  About every 5 minutes, my computer will go to sleep as if the screen saver turned on.  When I press the return key to turn it back on, a ghost shot will appear.   Sometimes a good shot, sometimes bad.    I have the power settings to not hibernate or go to sleep.  I've been a Mac guy for the past 15yrs and may have a setting off on the PC.  It's weird that a random shot is displayed.  Has this happened to anybody else?

I paid for my Sim In a Box GC3 on October 26 and still waiting for my Canadian delivery.  Just before the New Year my Foresight sales rep said that my delivery might be 2nd week of January... that's another ETA missed by them!

I accidentally hit the space bar while on the green trying to line up a putt and it “hit” the putt for me

Ya the software will spit out a random shot if you hit the space bar.  Possibly the return key as well it sounds like.  Is there a blank screensaver that turns on?  Or some other power save mode that kicks in?  I’m not well versed in windows either.

Feel like mine read funny the first time I turned it on.  Try turning the barometer on and off or maybe the hard reset will work?

So I heard that if you get FSX 2020 or the GC3 right now you’ll get bought in to FSX play, does that include if you upgrade to the players bundle with the extra 20 courses? Like will Pebble Beach carry over to the new software?

Yes everything I’ve read seems to say they will be porting the courses over to the new software and you will have access to all the courses you’ve purchased as they roll them out.

Yeah, as I posted earlier with my 420+ carry when it registered 0 rpm’s. I’ve taken the unit to a local trackman center and the carry has been very accurate until you get below 1500 spin, then it starts to start getting exaggerated the lower the spin goes. 
 

They talk about it in depth on some of the TXG YouTube videos. 👍
