Only one HIO here, it was a Maxfli Softfli. I have it on a shelf in my closet with the date on it.

I have the golf ball from my first hole-in-one on July 25, 1997. It is a Titleist DT.

Mine was a Callaway Supersoft.  I still have it.  I glued it to a tee and put it in a shadow box with my scorecard and the date.  The only things that suck about it are that I was by myself (did it even happen? 😉) and I didn't get the chance to see it go in due to the sun glare.  I only heard it hit the flag stick.

Mine was in 2005 and I was using the Maxfli Noodle because it was in November in Michigan but about 55 degrees!  Still have the ball, signed card, etc and little stuff I was sent by Taylormade.

First one was with a Pro V1x I found a few holes before. Had a Arkansas Razorback logo on it (I don't live in Arkansas).

 

Second one was MaxFli Tour ball, found that too.

 

Last one was with a Srixon Z Star, bought the sleeve to try them out that day.

 

I've played Bridgestone balls for years, just birdies with them. SMH
