Titleist 2021 Titleist T100 vs T100s. Which one would you get?

what about comments on forgiveness? How forgiving are the T100s actually? I hear some compare them to ZX7 others say they are not forgiving at all!

There’s no way in hell that they are as long as the 0211’s with the factory lofts. My 0211 38* 9i is 20 yards longer than my 42* Cobra MB 9i. Due to the length and obviously the loft.

How far does that get you? The 9i......I'm not saying that it match exactly but T100-S is 40* and very solid.....

The 0211 9i is 160 stock and my Cobra is 140. The T100s I would bet would fall right around 150 but that’s where my wedge setup would get a little funky. Again though just wondering if anyone has strengthened the lofts on the T100s.

Well… after trying many heads and shafts with a well renowned master fitter… the t100s is the pick. I have a super high swing speed and he wanted my spin rate and especially height to come down. Seemed like we kept messing around to get the right spin and then he said the t100s kept ball flight lower than the t100. I wanted the t100 as I have a weird nuance in my head that the 100 is for better players over the 100s, but to keep from spinning and keep ball flight lower he said oddly enough the very high swing speed players have to have stronger lofts or else everything gets too spiny, high and ultimately uncontrollable. So t100s it is! Love the club. Very solid, controllable and forgiving for my slight push right or toe ball. 
 

anyone have a similar experience? Anyone hear about the stronger lifts to gain control for higher swing speeds?

Curious how you two have gotten along with this. I'm thinking of doing the same thing - ordering the T100 5-PW and an T200 bent 1 or 2* weak.

I'm pretty sure Bryson's lofts are stronger to control spin and height as well.

I’ll be playing my first round with them Monday but I’ve had a couple range sessions and love everything about them. The gapping seems to be good going by eyesight but I’ll know more by the end of next week after getting a few rounds in. Courses are just opening up here.

Does the new version t100s launch higher or lower than the regular t100? Some titleist videos say the t100s launches higher even with lower loft vs t100.

I've been wondering as well, because in my initial testing (just got a set of T100s), the clubs with the speed slot thingy (7 iron and higher) felt more clicky than the other irons in the set.

Digging up an old thread. 

I just went through a fitting at TPI. (I could go on for several paragraphs about that experience. Absolutely phenomenal.) For me, I need the higher launch and more spin. I swing a 7 iron at 85, not the typical WRXr I know. So I went with T200 4 iron (2° weak), T100 5-9, SM9 46°, 50°, &54° F grinds, and SM9 Wedgeworks low bounce K. They are scheduled for delivery in two days, 6 days after my fitting. I can’t wait.
