I too tried on the new 360 at GG and didn’t care for them.  I have several pair of the previous model dating 6 years.  Always loved them.   I am going to pass on these.

Tried the new 360s today and did not like them. In my normal adidas size (11.5 US), I found the toe box very restrictive. The Boost is nice, but I didn't like much else about them. Definitely prefer the ZG21s.

I just sent mine back after 4 months... quarter size holes in both heels on the inside. Only get 1 or 2 times a week of play

How is the stability with the Solarthon? I've played in UBs in the past when I didn't have my normal shoes but sometimes boost can be a little too flexible. Played the ZG21 this past year and they are awesome but looking for something for the summer that isn't so hot in the toe box. Seems most people are pleased with the Solarthon so curious your thoughts.

I'd say about as good as could be expected from a "soft" fabric style shoe.  It's certainly more stable than say the Nike Roshe but that's not saying much.  Nonetheless I find them to have more support than any other of the soft, running shoe type golf shoe that I've had on.  For instance I had a pair of the Code Chaos Prime Blue's and while they were a very light and comfortable golf shoe they didn't have near the support or stability of the Solarthon.

 

I failed to mention in my previous post that I also have a pair of the ZG21 and while it's a good shoe I find the Solarthon to be way more comfortable plus I'm not that wild about the spikes having worn spikeless exclusively for the last few years.

 

Personally, and again it's just me, but I still prefer the Tour 360 to the ZG.  Just seems like a softer and more pliable upper and again I prefer spikeless.

 

The Solarthon is really lightweight and I think wider than most especially in the toe box which I really like.

 

I can't really attest to the waterproof qualities as I've only worn them in light rain and while the grass was wet it wasn't like I was slogging around in ankle deep puddles but my feet never got the least bit wet.

 

Again from a comfort standpoint it's my favorite golf shoe to date.  I know a few people that think they're butt ugly but like them fine especially with shorts.

I have too many shoes as is but always looking for more.  I have a pair of AJ1 on hold but they don’t look that comfy.   Thought these would be more comfy.  The MG4x2 were amazingly comfy to me. I’m leaning that way.

I have seen several of you posts about the MG4+ and made me keep trying them at PGA SS. Those have been the leader in the clubhouse. But the Boost just calls my name.

The MG4+ or MG4x2?
 

i have the white blue camo Mg4+ but the MG4x2 i think feel better.  Wider tho.  Those are what I want next but don’t love any of their color combos.

I wouldn't give up hope just yet.  It seems to me that when the last edition hit the shelves guys were saying the same thing just like the style before that and the style before that.

 

Wrx is a GREAT source of information but also the home of a whole bunch of chronic whiners and naysayers!

 

Fortunately, there's more brands, styles and fits out there than a guy can shake a stick at so there's something for everyone and the new 360 just might be the most comfortable shoe that YOU'VE ever worn!

 

Personally I've always liked the Tour 360 and in my opinion its only gotten better with each new model but that's just me.

 

Can't wait to hear your review when your new ones arrive!

Mine came in yesterday. First time I put them on, the outer sides of my feet were not happy. I tried them again later and they were incredible. Will continue to wear them around the house but give them a chance to break in prior to judgement.

Tried on the ZG21 and the new Boost360 today to see if I'd be moving from the Carbon SL's.

 

The ZG's were very comfortable. The Boosts, not so much. The toe box has what feels like no padding below the big toe area and I found them very uncomfortable. A bit disappointing as I'm a huge Boost360 fan. 

 

Will prob give the Carbon SL another year and revisit on next Boost model.

This is correct. The Infinity Tour 360. I've owned multiple pairs of every prior generation of this flagship shoe for Adidas but will not be purchasing these.

Tour 360 has always been a very heavy shoe.

After thinking about it decided to return them
