SUB 70 SYCAMORE PUTTER

Hi ; I am 68 ' avid golfer 55 years , 8 hdcp .My PING PLD PRIME 34" HAD A LOOSE HOSEL NOW FOR  THE SECOND time so the dealer just sent it back.I had it 6 months. Before that I gamed a BB1 for 13-14 years .Some of the others  heppler, phantom x5.5, Piretti savona 2 ,kb 9308  etc etc.and just said no to a triple black for $ 950.

Decided to try the sub70 stuff.Ordered the sycamore in 34".All I can say is wow.1st game 29 putts .3 games since 27 -29 putts.Made more 10 -14 ft putts than honestly ever before.Great milled face ; nice cover , comes with different weights - I stayed with the 15 grams .About 30 degree the hang Also sent were stickers and a thank you note. This putter was only $ 159 and no joke performs  as good as nay high end putter.

I am usually a sceptic and this was an experiment that was truly a keeper .

should have stayed this putter was the SYCAMORE 004 MALLET .Has the typical bat wing design

I bought the same putter 2 months ago and have become very consistent with it and have been making almost everything the last 2 weeks. I changed the weights to 5 grams and added Lamkin Square grip. Would recommend Sub 70 to anyone great price and product

Any chance of these coming to the UK? I emailed the European contact about ordering irons but he never got back to me. Went for another brand sadly instead but these putters are a great price point 😁

Hi, I'm in the UK and have one of these putters - I've done a review on it somewhere on here. £129 delivered with all the weight kit, etc direct from Sub70europe.com - fantastic putter. I compared it with the Ping Heppler Tomahawk, TM Spider EX and the Cleveland Huntington Beach fang style putter and there was no competition, the Sub70 putter won hands down

I’ve got the Tommy Armour III version of their wide blade (TAIII 254) with the sight dot on the top line on the way. Looks really good and no annoying alignment lines. SUB70 including the weight kit with their putters is quite appealing.

I wanted to TAIII or 007, but neither are available in lefty =(. I wish Sub 70 had more lefty options, I would love to give them my money.

As soon as (if) the 007 is available in LH I'm all over it. Looks fantastic and has some weight. Not sure if the toe hang if best for my putting stroke, but I'd find a way to make it work.

Ok.  I’m confused. On the site the 004 has a double bend shaft face balanced design….you say in your post it has 30degree toe hang.

mine definitely has the 30 degree toe hang  and continues to putt great. It is special inside 10-12 feet as it arrives perfectly square at impact with nice forward momentum with the 20 gram weights installed.

I have the AL-6.  It's an arm lock, 41".  The putter is very well made.  I had discussions with Jason re: specs which were very helpful but unfortunately it was not to be.  The putter was great and initially I putted very well with it-- especially lag putts.  But arm lock putting was not to be.  That said it is very solid, a nice, milled face and "heavy"; the head is 430g's, but the feel turned out better than I expected.  It is very similar to the 003 mallet except the AL6 is 30g's heavier and toe hang is 5* less.   I missed the return date (60 days) so will likely cut it down to either a wrist lock or more conventional length; making it basically a heavier 003.

I just purchased a mint Sub70 004 with single bend shaft to add to my Toulon Las Vegas H7 and my Odyssey RSX 7.

at address it looks like no offset as well as no lines on the fangs. Will be interesting to test if my alignment improves and if it takes away the left miss. I am left eye dominant. RH
